Nagyon jó szálloda. Nem drága. Jól éreztem magam itt.
Pros:

A reggeliző szalon a tetőn van, ahonnan nagyon szép a kilátás. A reggelinél nagy volt a választék. Sokféle sajt volt. A reggeli 10 pont.
A szálloda Ürgüp központjában van, jó elhelyezkedés.

Cons:

Hangos és zajos volt az utca forgalma. A szemétgyűjtőt jó lett volna, ha kiürítik a szobából.

My stay at this hotel was below expectations considering its overall rating above 8, which I find misleading.

Luggage Assistance: No help was provided with bags upon arrival or departure.

Noise & Insulation: The rooms have very poor sound insulation, and noise from outside and neighboring rooms was disturbing.

Air Conditioning: There is no proper air conditioning system. Instead, a swamp cooler is used, which is insufficient and does not cool even a quarter of the room space.

Elevator: Only one elevator is available, and it is very slow, making it inconvenient during peak times.

Breakfast: The breakfast options are very limited and do not meet the expectations set by the hotel’s advertised rating.


📌 In summary, this hotel does not justify its high online score. While it may meet the needs of some travelers, my personal experience was disappointing, and I would not rate it higher than 6.5/10.

Siteden odayı seçip ödememi yaptım gece saat 23:30 civarıydı çok yorgundum, otel arayıp oda boş değilmiş kusura bakmayın dedi, ödemeyi geriye yapmadı. Ardından ısrarlarıma rağmen ödeme bir sonraki gün eksik bir şekilde yapıldı, bu tip olaylar turisttik bölgelerde odaları başkalarına fazla ücrete verdiklerinden dolayı, insanları mağdur ediyorlar, o gece başka otel bulamadım maalesef.

Çok temiz, güvenilir bir otel. Sabah kahvaltısı harika, her yere yakın. Otelde unuttuğum bilgisayarımı hemen kargo ile ilettiler. Çok memnunuz hizmetlerinden.

whitestone hayal kırıklığı
Pros:

1 gece konakladığımız whitestone hotelde akşam 10da giriş yaptık çarşaflar sırılsıklamdı. Durumu ilettiğimizde yoğunluktan ıslak serilmiş olabilir denildi bilerek böyle serilmiş olduğunu anladım, banyoda su çok soğuktu yoğunluktan sıcak su bittiği söylendi. Ayrıca oda 4 kişilik aile için çok dardı.
