Everything about this property is worth talking about. We could not fault the property, the rooms nor the staff. In the three weeks we have been in Turkey, this had THE most comfortable bed, so had a great sleep. It was very obvious making guests comfortable was top priority for staff as they all went out of their way, at every encounter. We would definitely rebook should we return to Kayseri.
Nothing negative to say at all.

Charmant hôtel dans une ancienne maison traditionnelle entièrement restaurée, situé dans un quartier historique en cours de réaménagement. Les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec goût. Mais c'est surtout l'accueil très chaleureux et souriant de tout le personnel qui nous a marqué, leur disponibilité, avec une mention spéciale par sa gentillesse pour la dame qui nous accueillis, , à qui je n'ai pas osé demander son prénom mais que vous reconnaîtrez forcément lorsque vous y sejournerez. Ahmet également lors de l'excellent petit déjeuner est aux petits soins pour ses invités. C'est sûr, nous retourneront à Kayseri rien que pour cet hôtel et l'accueil de son adorable équipe. Merci à vous tous.

Un personnel à l’écoute et attentif à nos demandes.
Good breakfast. Lots of variety to choose from. They have friendly staff; they allow early check in and help at arranging a Taxi to the airport. After Checking out at 2pm, I safely kept my luggage under their care
Many TV channels to watch, however, you need to understand Turkish to enjoy their programs. No English TV channels at the room i occupied.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé (15min de l'aéroport en taxi).
Belle décoration et très bon petit déjeuner, on sent que tout est fait maison.
Leuke locatie om Kayseri te bekijken, erg mooi hotel. Ontbijt was ook erg goed.
Helaas waren er wat gebreken in de badkamer, bad en douche.

Beautiful buildings. We had a 'superior suite' which was huge and gorgeous! Front desk staff very nice and helpful. We had an early morning flight so we did not get to eat breakfast there but they made us a lunch box to take with us.
A little tricky to find even with Maps.
