La extrema amabilidad del personal; siempre estuvieron dispuestos a resolver cualquier duda nuestra. Particular mención merece la chica que nos recibió el miércoles 25 en la tarde; ella fue muy atenta y amable.
Por otra parte, la ubicación del hotel es excelente si se pretende visitar el centro histórico de la ciudad

While the rooms are non-smoking, the property is not smoke-free. Cigarette smoke is apparent in the rooms in the evening, which is unpleasant.

En plus de localisation idéale, du charme de l'architecture du lieu et des chambres, le personnel a été d'un professionnalisme remarquable : Ils ont répondu à toutes nos sollicitations avec des réponses concrètes et des solutions satisfaisantes, le tout avec le sourire. Par ailleurs, étant des adeptes du kahvalti turc, je recommande fortement leur petit-déjeuner qui était excellent ! Encore merci pour l'expérience !

Lovely for short stay but the stairs were very tiring.
Pros:

Location was very central to wherever we needed to go. The breakfast was very nice. The room was lovely. The staff were very helpful. The only downside was that there was lots and I mean lots of stairs. We had to go down and up stairs to get to our room which i suppose was good exercise but quite hard in 34 degrees heat, not suitable for wheelchair users.

Cons:

Climbing all those stairs which was a bit of a challenge in the heat.
