Fantastic and professional staff!
Pros:

Front desk staff are very kind and breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

While the rooms are non-smoking, the property is not smoke-free. Cigarette smoke is apparent in the rooms in the evening, which is unpleasant.

Super ruime en schone kamers. Ook de badkamer is super groot en schoon. Echt je geld waard! Wij kregen een gratis kamerupdate. Ontbijt is vers. Bediening is uitstekend. Super vriendelijk. Met veel dank aan Ahmet & Mehmet !

En plus de localisation idéale, du charme de l'architecture du lieu et des chambres, le personnel a été d'un professionnalisme remarquable : Ils ont répondu à toutes nos sollicitations avec des réponses concrètes et des solutions satisfaisantes, le tout avec le sourire. Par ailleurs, étant des adeptes du kahvalti turc, je recommande fortement leur petit-déjeuner qui était excellent ! Encore merci pour l'expérience !

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Umgebung ist leider etwas befremdlich, man kann nicht glauben, dass dort ein Hotel ist. Für Gäste, die kein türkisch verstehen, könnten die Umgebung auch verängstigend sein.

Lovely for short stay but the stairs were very tiring.
Pros:

Location was very central to wherever we needed to go. The breakfast was very nice. The room was lovely. The staff were very helpful. The only downside was that there was lots and I mean lots of stairs. We had to go down and up stairs to get to our room which i suppose was good exercise but quite hard in 34 degrees heat, not suitable for wheelchair users.

Cons:

Climbing all those stairs which was a bit of a challenge in the heat.

Historical building in a good location with great rooms and kind staff.
Pros:

Incredibly friendly staff, beautiful and clean rooms, delicious food, and the staff were kind enough to offer me a room change due to noise near the hotel (keep in mind this was during winter when the hotel was not fully booked).

It was a memorable one and definitly deserve a 5star rating.
Pros:

The location is good. Walking distance to the city, museum and bazaar. The staff were super super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and delicous. It was a memorable experience. Really recommend this hotel and will definitly comeback again for next ski holiday.

Gran bell’hotel!
Pros:

La struttura è splendida. In ogni suo aspetto.
Purtroppo siamo stati solo una notte e al mattino presto abbiamo dovuto lasciare hotel per prendere aereo. È proprio in questa mattina, la neve! Ma niente panico, un collaboratore ci ha aiutati con la macchina e ce l’ha pulita completamente.
È un hotel che ti fa sentire coccolato.
All’interno c’è anche un ristorante in cui si può mangiare cucina turca. Noi ne abbiamo approfittato. Ottimo!

Cons:

La posizione è un po’ ostica. Non dista dal centro moltissimo, ma si trova in una zona che attualmente è in risistemazione.

Nice little hotel

Medieval style building, great bedroom, nice lighting and features, jacuzzi bathtub. Amazing breakfast! Very nice helpful staff
