I felt so uncomfortable, intimidated and 0 value! I will never ever ever ever come this hotel again! The staff behave was disgusting! Please do not recommend this kind of hotels for people from first world countries such as England !
I had my breakfast on 16th at 10 am ! My check out time was 12pm! My cousin came and visit me as well as waiting for me for 15 min and allow me to prepare my lagguage so then she would take me to airport ! I have told my cousin instead of waiting in lobby she can come upstairs and stay there then whilst we can chit chat I can prepare also weather was cold outside today ! When she was entering the hotel already hotel staff chased and disturb her! I saw that situation and I asked the staff why they are doing this then the datfg answered just help to find her way nothing else ! Anyway I and cousin went upstairs to my room and whilst she is sitting i start prepare my lagguage so then! It was about 5 min my room phone rung and reception over the phone told me that bellboy waiting outside take 1500 Turkish lira and asking my cousins ID card! When I opened the door that same person who followed her when she entered the hotel ! He was holding a card machine on his hand ! I literally felt so uncomfortable and intimidated in that point ! Also made me so angry ! I never ever see anything like this in my life before! My cousin did not her id card with herself because we were there only 10-15 min to get ready for airport ! Same bellboy took her literally outside the hotel and made her wait outside ! When I come downstairs for check out I have spoken with font office manager and told her this situation really unacceptable! Then her attitude worst then other staff ! She has spoken to me like I am really low and her speech was like lecturing me! I had worst experience in my life and never come to this hotel again ever!!!!!!

Pros:

Personel Güler yüzlü ve misafir perver. otelin konumu çok güzel tam kızılay merkezinde ve tamamen gitmek istediğin yerler yakın oluyor.

Cons:

Odalar Biraz ses yansıtma konusunda daha iyi olabilirdi.
Maalesef odada gider kokusu olduğu için sürekli camları açık tutmak zorunda kaldık.
house-keeping biraz yavaş davranıyor sabah erken vakitlerde temizlik ışığını açtık ve akşam dönüş zamanında hala temizlenmemişdi ve vazgeçtik 2 gün konuk olduğumuz için.
ama iyi sayılır.
aynı sektör de çalıştığım için başarılar diliyorum güzel takımsınız.

Great location - access to restaurants, bars and metro. Reception and concierge staff very helpful. Comfy large room.
Pros:

Business style hotel located right in the heart of Kizilay area, Cankaya Ankara. Metro 2 min walk. Comfortable Deluxe non-smoking room, spacious, street front facing, ability to open the windows. Large screen TV. Reception and concierge staff very helpful, housekeeping efficient. Tea / coffee facilities in room, mini bar fridge with snacks / soft drinks available to purchase. Complimentary bottled water provided daily. Decent wall bound hairdryer. Breakfast sufficient - caters to traditional Turkish fare. Settled stay easily via credit card.

Cons:

Room could be noisy from street noise below (stayed on level 3 - non smoking level, over a weekend) from cars, buses and people - with the window open (we like a breeze!). When closed - no issues. Small size lifts (minimal wait).

Pros:

The welcome at reception was great. I was welcomed with a choice of complementary hot drink. The hotel location can only be described as superb…short walking distance from Kizilay metro, shops, bars and restaurants. Everything was close at hand. WiFi was a bit hit or miss. Breakfast was good and my room and amenities was up there with the best I have stayed. Excellent hotel and excellent staff.
