Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally complain about our recent stay at your hotel, which was booked as a special trip to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday. This was intended to be a memorable and enjoyable occasion, and I spent a significant amount of money based on the facilities, services, and overall experience that were advertised. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different and the experience was deeply disappointing from start to finish.
Throughout our stay, we encountered numerous issues and repeatedly attempted to raise our concerns with management. We sent several emails and made multiple requests to speak with the hotel manager, yet our attempts were ignored. Despite seeing the manager around the hotel every day, he never introduced himself, approached us, or made any effort whatsoever to discuss our concerns. It was only on the day of our departure that we finally discovered who he was. By that point, no action had been taken to address the issues we had raised and no meaningful customer service had been provided.
The standard of customer service throughout our stay was unacceptable. As paying guests, we expected concerns to be acknowledged and addressed. Instead, we were completely ignored.
More concerning was the fact that several of the facilities and services advertised at the time of booking were either unavailable, not operating, or provided at a significantly reduced standard.
The advertised buffet and continental breakfast was not available during our stay. We were informed that this was due to low occupancy levels within the hotel. Frankly, this is not an acceptable excuse. Guests pay for the facilities and services that are advertised and included in their booking. Whether the hotel is full or almost empty is not the customer’s responsibility. If the hotel cannot provide the advertised services due to low occupancy, this should be clearly disclosed before guests make a booking.

Franchement, une honte absolue pour un soi-disant hôtel 5 étoiles.
On a choisi cet établissement uniquement pour profiter du spa car le temps était très mauvais, mais surprise le sauna et le hamman ne fonctionnais pas malgrès nos demandes repetés de mettre en route les équipements (le spa ouvre à 10h il était 13h ) et la piscine avec jacuzzi à peine tiède. On a attendu 2h que quelqu'un prenne en compte nos demandes et malgrès un passage du technicien rien n'a fonctioné, on a fini par abandonné et partir. C’est une expérience catastrophique du début à la fin. Le service client est tout simplement inexistant. Aucune considération pour les clients, aucune écoute, rien.
Le pire reste le chef de réception, d’un mépris hallucinant. On a beau expliquer calmement le problème, il n’en a strictement rien à faire. Zéro empathie, zéro solution, même pas l’ombre d’un geste commercial pour compenser. On a vraiment l’impression de déranger.
C’est inadmissible à ce niveau de standing. On paie un prix premium pour un service qui est en réalité pire qu’un hôtel bas de gamme. Si vous cherchez un endroit où vous détendre et être bien traité, fuyez. Cet hôtel n’a clairement rien d’un 5 étoiles, à part le prix.

Hotel is located on top of hill with beautiful vistas of the surrounding countryside.
Hotel has its own lively restaurant and bar. Hotel can be a destination in itself.
The property is a little away from town center, short taxi ride away. For those who need to have late nights in a bar or restaurant downtown, need a ride.
We dined in the hotel restaurant, was good enough for us, after a full day of activities.
