Very modern with respect to other Cappadocia hotels but be prepared for small room and toilet despite the high price

Una experiencia fantástica en el Hotel Alden Capadoccia, volvería sin lugar a dudas.
Pros:

In hotel , con buenas instalaciones, mi pieza era cómoda, grande , con terraza y una vista muy linda.
El spa muy bueno.
El gerente del hotel muy agradable y preocupado con una excelente atención al cliente.

Great hotel to come back to
Pros:

Exceptionally clean, rooms all natural stone, floors, bathroom, bright, large patio doors.
They have thought of everything, restaurant, garden, open areas, spa all very well designed.
Very comfortable 5 star facility.

About the staff, they made us feel special, what more can I say. In particular, want to name Merve (Guest Relations) and the very patient Bekir (Bell Boy).

Hotel is located on top of hill with beautiful vistas of the surrounding countryside.

Hotel has its own lively restaurant and bar. Hotel can be a destination in itself.

Cons:

The property is a little away from town center, short taxi ride away. For those who need to have late nights in a bar or restaurant downtown, need a ride.
We dined in the hotel restaurant, was good enough for us, after a full day of activities.

- персонал гостеприимный и отзывчивый

Отель очень хороший, я думаю лучший в этой локации.

Cons:

Если совсем придираться:
- слышимость в номерах (шум из коридора)
видимо из за атриумов
- хорошо было бы продумать полы с подогревом, так как полы каменные.

Beautiful hotel but dont use their shuttle service
Pros:

Its a new, modern hotel which is so tastefully decorated. Open, airy with fantastic views of the mountains.
Staff are very helpful, particularly their concierge.

Cons:

It is quite isolated and with no onsite shop, it can be tricky if you need anything.
The airport shuttle they arrange for you is a complete rip off. €45 for what others are charging TLR 400,for exactly the same service.
Most of their staff are not very fluent in English so it was hard to communicate.
Spa isn't value for money. While charging a good amount, service isn't up to it.

Cons:

Было 1 момент , который хорошо было бы улучшить. Это отсутствие воды в спа зоне, обычно можно налить в стаканчик воды и восполнить водяной баланс после процедур, тут же это опция отсутствовала.

Tolles Hotel, gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Sehr neues modernes Hotel, schöne saubere Zimmer. Toller gepflegter Wellnessbereich und gutes Frühstück. Die Lage ist für Aktivitäten in Kapadokien etwas außerhalb und man benötigt für alles ein Taxi!
Dafür aber gutes Preis Leistubgsverhältnis da Unterkünfte in gleichen Standart in den Zentren von Göreme oder Ürgüp schnell 500-1000 Euro pro Nacht kosten

Cons:

Wenn man etwas kritisieren möchte, dann vermutlich die Lage. Dort ist der Hund begraben…
