Pros:

Many issues with cleanness and the check in process not been really true to what’s in Expedia. My bed broken and was given smaller one…in general no to good overall .

Shin Hotel's location can't be beat. Very convenient to Maya and Nimman road. Hotel is good, with lots of space in the family room. But the bed was the hardest I've slept on and it's noisy, next to a busy street. Personally, I wouldn't stay again, even though it's very convenient.

SHIN Hotel Nimman is value for money for anyone visiting Chiang Mai with the specific goal of spending as little as possible indoors except to sleep. Great location and great price. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that the shower in our room wasn't draining water fast enough so leading to standing water while showering. I would still stay here on my next visit to Chiang Mai as this is value for money.

On est arrivés en bus de nuit à 6h, on ne voulait pas rester à la gare du coup on est parti directement à l’hôtel. Il n’y avait personne à l’accueil, on a dû attendre jusqu’à 14h pour rentrer dans la chambre. On aurait dit qu’on dormait par terre tellement le lit était vraiment dureeeee. C’était difficile de rester 4 jours.

Lovely and clean, spacious room. Modern fixtures. Smart tv was a bonus. Bed a bit firm. Mini fridge as well. Close to a shopping centre and other amenities. Self check in and out nice and simple.

Établissement bien situé dans la ville avec stationnement. Toutefois notre chambre ne disposait d’aucune fenêtre par laquelle voir. Elles étaient vitrées. Plutôt déplorable. En géneral, tout de même bien pour le prix.

Great location however the beds were like sleeping on wood. So hard. After three nights my tailbone and shoulders hurt. Responsive to questions on WhatsApp so that was nice. The coffee shop is a nice touch.

We loved this place! The price point was unbelievable for the quality of this hotel. It felt very modern and upscale. We had two spacious bedrooms, albeit the beds were a little too firm for our liking. We would go downstairs in the morning & there was always a lady there to make us fresh lattes, smoothies, and delicious sandwiches…. honestly, it was a delight! There was a large mall in walking distance, which came in handy. Great stay! We highly recommend.
