Amazing Location, right next to the beach. convenience store across the street., the staff are very friendly. Definitely recommend!

Great location

This is a great spot to spend a day or two. It is right next to the beach and has very easy access to the Ferry to Isla Mujeres. The pool is also a bonus.

Ok! So this would be a big feedback..

First of all.. the pictures in the site ARE NOT the SAME as what we lived in
Second of all .. ALL the workers are GREAT , very helpful very friendly and answered to all our questions and inquries as fast as they can so obviously my problem is not the workers

For the price rate it is not we should have got.. the shower holder was damaged we had to shower using the damaged unscrewed cap.. everytime the room was cleaned the towels were different.. the bed was clean and fine but there are no anenties in the room
No hot water/tea/coffee/iron
The place was a bit messy during the day due to construction going on
The room we were in (room 5) the windows had no sign of safety nor it was locked .. literally anyone could come in the room and when we told the workers they said it was safe (which that was the case) but as anywhere you need to feel safe as a tourist!
Checkout was fine but we couldnt keep our luggage and grab abite due to one person in the office!
PLEASE upgrade this place.. its location is Perfect and being near the sea is perfect but not very inviting

Nothing is unique in this place it is a dusaster the washroom is terrible, toilet bowl has no water .

The stay was fine in room 5 but room 3 the toilet wasn't working. The windows don't lock either. Was a bit worrisome. Otherwise good place.

This was our first trip to Mexico. I booked this property thinking this is a 3 star property and located in a great location. However, when we arrived at night for check-in, we were so shocked to see that it is more like a "Motel" or "hostel" (forget 3 star), which is run by a third party property company. They have a single receptionist who leaves the property at 10pm. Most of the locals don't even know that such a property exists. At the entrance, it is quite dark and scary as there is a local beach access and you may find all kind of drunk people sitting near the entrance. There is no security near property if you have any security issue at night. There is a club at the bottom of the hotel and you could hear loud noises even at night till it closes. There was no water nor wifi in our room for one entire day. The receptionist kept saying that the issue has been fixed and we might have water soon but the issue remained unresolved. We had to vacate the property and book room in adjacent hotel to ensure that we get water. Imagine being without water in peak summer month of May where it is hot and humid. The owner of the property never picks up the phone call and it has been a traumating experience for me and my wife. I felt cheated and I want to warn others to be aware of this scam.

Hard to find the entrance. All around a good stay

En general me pareció bastante bien, debes de definir bien tus objetivos del viaje. Si lo que buscas es un lugar cómodo pero no lujoso para pasar la noche y bañar y después salir a conocer este es el hotel indicado. Tiene lo que se necesita para bañar y descansar después de un día muy acelerado, se encuentra cerca de zona de antros y bares, no tiene una vista privilegiada al mar, pero puedes caminar unos pasos y encontrar la playa caracol y puedes encontrar el timón del pescador un excelente restaurante accesible de mariscos buenos. Es una propiedad que está procrecimiento faltan muchos detalles que a algunas personas podrían molestarles. Pero bastante bien y cómodo y seguro para descansar. Lo recomendaría si este es una opción económica y suficiente

Excelente Hotel, lo recomiendo mucho.
Fácil acceso a Playa, Restaurantes, Chedraui pasando la calle. Zona hotelera y demás.

This property was a decent price for a great location. furnishing are nice. Staff is helpful. They say they have an "efficiency kitchen" but the microwave didn't work which meant I could not cook the food I had purchased. No coffee maker and shared coffee isn't available till 9am. There is nothing in the unit such as spoon, plate, glass. There is a restaurant on the property but they will not even loan items so I had to buy dishes, etc. I had gone for surgery so wasn't running around Cancun too much. My unit was the most expensive and had a deck out front but couldn't see out the windows because they were not clean. Also people constantly sat in front of the windows so I didn't enjoy the view much. It's good for what it is...

Beautiful room, friendly staff, great location

The location of the property is damn good just across the playa caracol beach and isla mujeros ferry point. But the hotel has limited facilities - no lift, no night checkin, no security, no guards, anybody can walk in at night to your room, and i faced a shower pressure issue throughout my stay which was kinda annoying

Great overnight stay after a week in Isla Mujeres. Ferry stops right out front.

Great stay for our 3 nights. We were able to walk to mostly everything & the ferry pier was right outside. Easy access to one of the best beaches. Our room was clean and AC worked very well. The shower drained slow but that was our only issue. Good water pressure and hot water. The check-in and check-out process was very simple and staff was kind. We felt safe due to it being sort of hidden and there were typically military/guards watching the beach outside. I would recommend! Great price for what you get.
