הזמנו חדר ל2 וביקשנו להוסיף עוד חברה בעקבות סיטואציה שנקלעה אליה .
נתקלנו ביחס מגעיל וחסר אמפתיה לסיטואציה .
דרשו מאיתנו אקסטרה 50 דולר על החדר כשהחדר לעצמו היה שווה הרבה פחות ורק עם 2 מיטות יחיד ל3 בנות , והכריחו אותנו לחזור מהמסעדה שהיינו בה בשביל לשלם או שהם יעיפו אותנו מהמלון - וכל זה רק כי רצינו להוסיף בן אדם אחד להזמנה שלנו .
דיברו אלינו לא יפנ ובזלזול
בנוסף לא הסכימו לנו להשאיר את החפצים אפילו לרגע לאחר הצאק אאוט .
הרצפה בחדר הייתה מלוכלכת.

Wij hadden de deluxe suite kamer en die was heel ruim, mooi ingericht, er is zelfs een wasbak en microgolf aanwezig. Groot bed, grote badkamer met inloop douche.
Het is vlak aan het strand, met name Playa Caracol, waar ook een ferry stopt die je naar Isla Mujeres kan brengen, win/win dus.
Er is een zwembad groot genoeg voor de gasten die ze "maar" ontvangen, aangezien het een boetiek hotel is zijn er niet zo heel veel kamers, maar dat staat wel gelijk aan rust. Wij hoorden s'nachts de golven aanspoelen op het strand.

Cons:

Het opruimen en opkuisen kon naar onze bescheiden mening iets beter, helemaal akkoord dat het een beachfront hotel is, maar bij aankomst lag er zelfs nog op vele plekken zand in de kamer.

Dat is het enige minpuntje

La chambre n’était pas propre , la douche elle sort l’eau d’une façon que si tu veux juste te lavar tu peux pas car l’eau gicle partout de tout les sens, pas de poubelle dans la chambre , pas de bouilloire , machine à café , tasse verre rien de tout, la télé qui marche pas la première nuit, et des meubles cassé

Hotel boutique bem decorado
Pros:

O hotel é muito bem localizado com cadeiras de praia no deck e na própria praia. Ao lado do hotel há um restaurante muito bom. Ache excelente para pessoas que não querem ficar em all inclusives cheio de crianças e com mais de 3 mil hóspedes.

Cons:

O hotel está em obras e eles começam a martela as 6 da manhã e vão até tarde. Achei totalmente inviável. As toalhas são trocadas a cada 2 dias, inclusive as toalhas de praia. Achei inviável considerando que a atração do hotel é ficar na praia e na piscina. Além disso o controle do ar condicionado não permitia usar algumas funções. Alguns hóspedes largavam lixo pelo hotel como copos de starbucks. Embora a culpa seja desses hóspedes, o entulho demorava a ser retirado.

L’emplacement était super juste au pied d’une tres belle plage . Le personnel au top . Petite piscine mais ces suffisant

Dommage que l’hôtel était en travaux , le réveille a cause des travaux à 7h du matin était dure … mais sinon belle hôtel .

Lovely stay
Pros:

Nice and close to everything, beach in front is lovely with free loungers. The room is fairly basic but for the price overall it’s very good. Staff were lovely.

Cons:

There is no restaurant or place to get food. Had to ask for hairdryer to be brought to room.
