Omar, who works at the hotel, was amazing. He was very kind, professional, and made us a really great coffee. His service added a nice touch to our stay.

The worst place to stay.Don't fall for the MARRIOTT Brad added to this Hotel they are tarnishing the Marriott brand( i am sure Marriott does not care with the way this hotel is maintained).The bathrooms - water pressure in shower made the slowest to save cost, breakfast - i can't call it a eatable breakfast(Lowest quality packaged croissants and bread), The moment you enter the hotel reception you can smell stinking, thats all from few I could say , way more you will experience if you opt to be there.Good Luck!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable but those are the only positive things about this hotel.
I booked and paid via booking.com and upon checkin, the staff said I hadn't paid and needed to pay again even though I had the confirmation showing paid. After about 10 minutes of arguing, the payment "suddenly" showed.
Their "free 24/7 shuttle" is a complete lie, it only actually runs occasionally. We called upon landing and were told it would be about 2 hours for pickup and they gave us 2 choices. 1. Wait or 2. Get a taxi and they would reimburse us at checkout. BUT, upon checkout, they refused to honor their promise.
Breakfast was terrible and they seemed to allow non guests to eat at it because when we tried to eat the next morning, there were a lot of people who looked like either shuttle drivers or construction workers.

Clean room, upon arrival called front desk gave my name to share with driver. Took about 15 minutes for driver to come. Also book my departure shuttle bus. Will stay again if come to Cancun.

Not clean in hallways

Excellent location for the airport. Service was very good and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. Only inconvenience is that there is limited eating options around the hotel.

I like because is close for the airport.

Nos quedamos una noche antes del vuelo muy temprano. El hotel cumple con las expectativas. El traslado hacia y desde el aeropuerto es excelente, puntual, rápido y seguro.

Maintenance is needed

We stayed here for one night to rest before the resort in Playa del Carmen. Airport shuttle is a very good service. Thank you.

Everything went smoothly except for the severe taxi rip off from the airport. Book private transportation or have the hotel shuttle pick you up.

Hotel was not too bad especially for the price. We stayed there for 2 nights to be close to the airport after leaving our all inclusive. I had the do not disturb tag out on the door but they knocked everyday to asked if I wanted towel. I guess the staff doesn’t understand what do not disturb means.
Hotel shuttle was very convenient and on time for airport drop off
Breakfast was decent
Hotel was clean, room was clean and the staff very helpful
