Pros:

Este es un hotel que funciona para uno o dos dias. La comida del restaurante no me gusto y el ruido en las habitaciones es fatal. Debo tambien decir q el staff es muy amable y trataron de ayudarnos a resolver nuestras quejas, pero desafortunadamente todas las habitaciones dan hacia la calle.

Sargassum, smelled in rooms, outside area destroyed, rooms only had AC when you are inside w key. So it’s burning hot when you come back to your room. Far from strip.

This was an excellent resort to stay for my birthday weekend Antonio at the front desk of the hotel was very friendly and knowledgable, he helped me get a taxi when my stay was over, also since the hotel wasn’t overcrowded I was giving a complementary room upgrade which led my balcony to the pool, Antonio greeted me every time I returned to the hotel which was very pleasant I stayed from the weekend of September 5–8 of 2025 I was hardly I the room because of the excursions I participated in during the weekend. The only one thing is this resort is right by the highway so I did hear a lot of traffic during the night but besides that I give the resort a 10/10

The glass door need a shade so people doesn’t see through it
Second need communication wit the guess when driver or anyone asking for a guess they need to call the guess and let them know I understand on my stay there was no phone service in the in room I wish they work on that . Be aware their is lot of noise from the road traffic make u unavailable to sleep.

Very nice, clean and convenient! Unfortunately it is VERY noisy due to being next to the street. The sit down complimentary breakfast was such a pleasant surprise! Also they reached out to us and offered a late check out due to some remodeling inconveniences. I appreciated the preemptive heads up! The decor was eclectic but my guy LOVED it!
The pool was great. Not on a beach but just a short uber away from playa Delfines where the Cancun sign is. We enjoyed our 2 days and 1 night stay!

We stay here frequently. Love that it is adult only. Quiet location. Staff are very attentive. The breakfast that is included is very good. They were doing a lot of improvements this time so you couldn’t really venture out on their boardwalk. I’m sure it will be even better when completed. Not a party place with a big beach to hang out on if that is what you are looking for. But we enjoy staying here. They also love our dog which is a bonus!

Pros:

The staff is friendly and helpful. However the facility needs work in some areas. My room's AC unit didn't work well. Never did they even offered to move me to another room. Also in the 2nd morning I was there getting ready to go to a trip I founded a scorpion on my bed. Be nice if they fumigate regularly. No microwave in the room so you can really heat up left overs.
