Pros:

We stayed while we visited Chiang Mai. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. My daughter arrived at the hotel first (after my flight was delayed). They looked after her and arranged for a hotel driver to come and collect me the next day. While staying there, there was an earthquake and again the hotel staff were wonderful.

Pros:

We looked at 6-10 places for our trip to Chiang Mai. This was the best choice after we crusted the other two places during our stay. The team here were great, and the hospitality was top notch. The whole place was spotless even after the rain. The spa was great and the restaurant attached is a must eat! The food there was great and one of the better places over the weeks we stayed in Thailand. Book this!!

Four nights in lively Chaing Mai
Pros:

The friendly service and serene atmosphere of this hotel is 15 out of 10. We were upgraded to a room that was more like an apartment with three rooms and a private outdoor eating area. The lovely pool was just steps away. And the location was perfect in the old city with major sites an easy walk.

1. 장점
- 직원들 모두 엄청 친절, 심지어 보안직원까지 친절. 호텔 모든 곳에 친절이 넘침
- 물이 깨끗함. 필터 하루 사용 결과 색이 아주 연하게 변함.
- 조식 포함된 방을 예약했다면 1인 1메뉴 2음료 선택 가능. 체크인시 미리 주문해야하며(주문서에 한글도 써 있음 대박..) 아침에 레스토랑에 가서 체크인시 준 티켓을 주면 알아서 음식이 나옴.
- 소음 거의 없음

2. 생각해 볼 점
- 조식 양이 너무 많음(개인차 있음)

The most touching part was how friendly the staff was. The room was clean, and they made every effort to accommodate my requests to the best of their ability. Even when I was leaving the hotel, they provided excellent customer care. The location of the hotel was also ideal, as it was close enough to walk to all the main attractions in the Old Town. If I visit the Old Town in Chiang Mai again, I would love to stay here once more.
