Great hospitality, the front desk is super helpful. Clean room with simple amenities you need. Hotel is also near restaurant and massage spots, can grab or bolt around easily. Nice stay in the old town.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, large generous size rooms with very comfortable beds. Property is in excellent condition and very well maintained. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Very comfortable pool for relaxing on a hot day. The location is very quiet and easy walkable to all areas. I highly recommend.

We stay at this hotel for 5 nights, excellent hotel!!! The staff is really nice and very helpful. The location is also very convenient, you could reach to almost every famous location on foot or Tuktuk.

We enjoyed our stay at the Arun Khiri in Chiang Mai. It is very centrally located in the centre of Old Chiang Mai. The hotel seems to be newly renovated and has a lovely zen feel about it. The pool was very nice and quite refreshing on hot days. There are certainly some issues with the design of the hotel, specifically that you cannot drag your luggage to your room if you are in the main floor because of the white gravel between the paved stones. (There were fixing that issue in the entrance to the hotel as we were leaving.) The hotel has an elevator to the second, third and fourth floors contrary to what the information on Hotels.com indicates. The staff were very pleasant although there certainly were language issues. We also had to request that our room be cleaned on more than one occasion. We would suggest some design changes and more staff training would help make this a first class hotel in Chiang Mai.

The hotel lacks a valet. Access requires walking up steps. They're not steep but when you're carrying luggage and there's no valet, it's a bit difficult. The staff is me, as is the building. I they do well but are slightly "rough around the edges".

Sehr zentral gelegen um die Tempel und den für mich wichtigsten Teil der Stadt zu fuß zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist super schön eingerichtet, sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Der Kritik der anderen Bewertungen bezüglich des Geruchs nach Kanal kann ich mich nicht anschließen. Es roch an einem Abend leicht nach Kanal, habe einfach den Abfluss verschlossen und das Problem war erledigt. Kann es nur empfehlen!!

My wife and I stayed at the property for 3 nights 12/27/23-12/30/23, The front desk was awesome, They allowed us to store our luggage until our room was ready (3pm), when we checked in the room looked amazing.. Super clean, super location "pool front, SUPER SMELLY. like make you want to vomit smelly, the whole property has a funk but the bottom floor rooms stink like sewage, we addressed this to the front office where a gentleman poured some liquid in the drains and an attendant lit a candle and placed it in the corner of the room, over an hour later the room was still uninhabitable due to the smell... The front office knew about the smell issue and offered us a different class of room, a smaller room with a room rate roughly $60usd per night difference. at this point it is what it is, I approached AHM the property manager and asked him to adjust the nightly room rate and he said he will.. NO PROBLEM, over the next 3 days we experienced several issues, sewage problems, lack of room cleaning, power outages. but from what we understood the property had been open for a week, ill deal..... at the end of our visit I reapproached AHM where we discussed the adjustment of rate, he printed our check in form and wrote that he would refund the nightly room difference back to us.... We booked the hotel through EXPEDIA and he would refund through them....... TO DATE 1/15/2024 expedia has contacted the hotel directly to avail,
