HOTIDAY Room Collection - Pisa

בעבר אולי זה היה מלון חמישה כוכבים, אבל היום לא הייתי נותנת לו אפילו כוכב אחד.
המלון נראה מרשים מרחוק, אבל כשמתקרבים – רואים את כל הפגמים.
כבר בדרך לחדרים רואים סימנים ברורים לכך שהמקום זקוק לשיפוץ דחוף: רצפות שבורות, אזורים חשוכים ללא תאורה, מנורות חסרות וחוטים רופפים.
כשנכנסנו לחדר, גילינו שהוא מכוסה אבק, המסך של הטלוויזיה היה שבור, במקלחת ובכיור היו סתימות, והתחושה הכללית הייתה של הזנחה ממושכת.
יצאנו מאוכזבים מאוד ורק רצינו לעזוב את המקום.

חשוב לציין שהצוות מודע לכל הבעיות, אבל נראה שאין להם אפשרות אמיתית לעשות דבר בנוגע אליהן.

Everything was bad. The pool was dirty. The breakfast was bad. The service was terrible. No coffee or tea. There were tiny insects in the bed that bit my children's feet and caused infection. There was only one paper towel in the toilet for the whole day for four people. There were not enough blankets for four people to sleep in. And finally, when we left our belongings in the storage area and went to the city to go back to the airport. There was a Power charger in one of the bags that we noticed the hotel employee had taken and put on the table. At first he claimed it wasn't there, but I showed him and he had to give it to me. So I don't recommend this hotel with apartments at all. In a word, it was terrible🕷️🪳🦗🦟🦎👎🏻 There were so many lizards in the hotel yard that my daughter just cried and screamed. It was terrifying, like a nightmare🦎🕷️🐜🦟🦗🪰🪲🐞💩 The lizard was dead in the water. We pulled it out of the water ourselves with a plastic container🤮

Slitt rom og kunne vært bedre rengjort. Kaos på frokosten med dårlig struktur og lite mat. Må spør og vente på at personale skulle fylle på mat, glass osv.. utrolig at det kun var en kaffemaskin og så liten frokostbuffet på så mange mennesker..

I loved everything about it. There is a bit of a walk to get to the centre but we didn’t mind it.

On arrival, during our check in the guy at the reception got interrupted by a couple that walked in and before I realised he was fully engaging with the others leaving us waiting. Eventually got the key to the room but we weren’t able to unlock the door as the lock was slightly damaged. Had to go back to reception and the guy came and helped us. Inside was very basic, too basic for 4 star hotel. The balcony door was broken and stayed open, in the living area was a table with 4 cheap plastic garden chairs and a stained couch, the smell in the room was rotten from drainage, the mattress was quite thin and not too comfortable, the wi-fi didn’t work, the tv in bedroom was missing the remote control and the other tv’s one was not compatible. I requested a different room but I was told hotel was fully booked but at least they sent a handyman to fix the balcony door very next morning. We tried to have dinner at the hotel first evening but we were told there’s an event and not much food left for residents, our food looked more like scraps.
I booked the 2 rooms through hotiday and I contacted them and booking.com but never got a reply from either. I will definitely consider using different apps when booking rooms in the future, I would NOT recommend this hotel unless it costs next to nothing, not worth it. Pity the pool, carpark and surrounding areas are very well maintained and the reception area looks so pretty but up in the rooms not even close!!

Room decor is very dated & not remotely luxurious - most certainly not 4 or 5 star. I was asked when checking out if I had used the mini bar - I hadn’t even seen it so wherever it is it’s well hidden! The bed was very uncomfortable & the toiletries are cheap & not especially nice. Breakfast finished at 10.30am. I arrived into the dining room at 10.05am & the very bad humoured supervisor was running it like a military operation. I asked if there was more scrambled egg coming & she pointedly looked at her watch & told me they were “about to finish” … it was 10.09am. The breakfast offering was appalling for €20 which I was reminded to pay at least four times.

הגענו לדירה ולא היה לנו את קוד כניסה של הדלת התקשרנו במשך שעתיים לבעל הדירה עד שענה ולא רצה לתת את הקוד לפני שנעשה צ'ק אין למרות שלא הצלחנו לעשות צ'ק אין באתר .ולמרות שכבר היה מאוחר בלילה

Die Unterkunft lässt sich eigentlich in einem Satz beschreiben. Schmuddeliger, abgewohnter Schimmelpalast. Es ist fast überall Schimmel, Schmutz oder Wasserschaden vorhanden. Im Schlafzimmer waren der Sturz über dem Fenster, die Vorhänge und die Decke verschimmelt. Das Bad war dreckig und es stank furchtbar aus dem Abfluss. Der Wasserhahn war kaputt und das Waschbecken schief und schmutzig. Auch im Bad gab es viel Schimmel. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig und man kann jedes Wort der Nachbarn verstehen.
Grundsätzlich hat es für unsere beiden Übernachtungen ausgereicht, dennoch würden ich es keinem empfehlen dieses Hotel zu buchen. So viel Schimmel, besonders im Schlafzimmer kann nicht gesund sein.
