Pros:

El hotel bien, la gente muy amable.
Sin embargo al momento de la limpieza del día al día del cuarto, todo súper medido, no rellenaban los botes de jabón de manos, shampoo, etc, contaban las toallas.
Hasta que se pedía lo entregaban.

This property was absolutely amazing! The staff go above and beyond to treat you with the utmost respect. Perfect location too, 10 minutes from airport. The breakfast offered daily is such an elevated experience. Food is made to order eggs benedict, french toast, ramen and others are all options. Not one single complaint about the food or the drinks. The bartender is an absolute master of his craft. The room was amazing the nightly gifts were thoughtful. I just absolutely love this place. We will be back!

아주 번화하지 않은곳에 위치해 있어서 조용하고 좋았고 가보고싶던 식당들이 가까이에 있어서 편리했음.
직원들은 친절했고 시설들도 깨끗했다.
다만 수영장에 해 가 잘 들지않아 아쉬웠다.
건물구조상 어쩔수없는듯.

Really enjoy our stay here. Friendly staff, room and hotel are brand new and in excellent condition. Convenient location to all the nice restaurants, cafe and walk distance to one nimman and maya centre. Very walkable streets around the hotel area.

Pros:

We had a great stay in July 2024. Service was outstanding and very personalized. Really liked the boutique feel. Breakfast was delicious. The staff upgraded us to a junior suite and the drinks in the refrigerator were all free. We will definitely come back next time.
