Pros:

We had a spacious room for disabled.

Cons:

There no alternative way to go to terminal 1 but to book a expensive shuttle bus. 5 euro pp one way. I stayed with the kids and went for a day to Milan. The shuttle bus only was 30 euro's and it only a 20 min walk away.

I have stayed at this hotel before. The staff are usually very good, attentive and polite. The rooms are great, clean and comfortable. The food is excellent and the coffee is the usual high Italian standard. The transfer from the airport is excellent and the driver is always polite and helpful.

Cons:

On this particular visit I had the displeasure of a very rude, blunt, impolite and really quite unpleasant man greet me on reception for check in. My rating reflects this and nothing else. The girls at breakfast and coffee in the morning were lovely and the receptionist on checkout also excellent. It was simply the man at check in that was not a fit nor at the standard of the rest of the staff. Very unpleasant.
