The hotel offers a shuttle service from 5.00 AM to 11.00 PM, under availability and advance booking. Please contact the hotel to book. Meeting point at Gate 5 at Terminal 1 or at the Pharmacy at Terminal 2. Shuttle costs €5 per person and way from/to Terminal 1 and €10 per person and way from/to Terminal 2.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Clean , friendly staff .Very modern .Great shuttle service .Close to airport
The light panel by the bed which seemed to be on a motion sensor and came on whenever you turned over or moved .The blue light was impossible to turn off
Nice facilities, good friendly staff, amazing toiletries, comfy bed, great that they provide hairdryer and clothes steamer, good parking, great blackout and soundproofing for sleep!
Pool and poolside was unclean, one front of house member not very friendly. Room was too hot overnight, air-con seemed to drop off and couldn’t sleep at times. Funny smell in room.
La struttura comodissima per fare una pausa tra Malpensa e il ritorno a casa.
Quando siamo arrivati mancava il phon.. forse è il caso di controllare bene quando si rifanno le stanze.. son poi andata in reception a chiedere il phon e ci hanno davvero messo tanto a portarmelo in camera.
Great location, 5 minutes from airport using shuttle service. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable with great toiletries.
We found the restaurant and bar expensive. Also reception had given our room out to another guest who barged in at around 11.30 pm while we were both fast asleep. Also given the tariff, it would be a good idea to include the shuttle as part of the deal, not having to pay extra .

Pool water had a deep yellow color and did not dare to go in.
Although I didn't use it, it has a pool.
Beds are comfy which is super important.
Breakfast was good but not great. Meatballs were nice! However, orange juice was not real and tasted bad. The restaurant coffee wasnt nice, but the room has its own coffee machine so it made up for it!
I stayed on 2 separate days and didn't really the 4 star experience. Maybe using the swimming pool puts it up a star?
I had heavy bags and had to carry them a LONG way through corridors. I suggest they get trolleys, and offer them to tired guests..
Location: it looks excellent but on my 4 transfers to the airport I paid €20, €15, €30, €15 on taxis and the airport shuttle. So consider those costs.
