Pros:

Staff at this site are amazing and super accommodating, seems like a small family run business. The staff and the location are the saving grace for the hotel.

Hotel is SUPER well located. Approx. 15 minute walk to all major local attractions (Saturday night market, Sunday night market, Night Bazaar, Anusarn Market, Chinese Market just to name a few).

Hotel rooms were not great. This site is not mobility accessible and there is no elevator (wasn't really a big deal for us). Rooms are dated and very small. Fridge only runs when the room key is inserted in the slot which makes is essentially useless if you're out and about all day (we learned this the hard way). There is only 1 free plug in the whole room, so we played a bit of juggling to charge our phones until we realized the fridge was useless and just unplugged it.

Little to no soundproofing in the room so we could hear basically everything outside our door. Door did not seal so there was plenty of heat bleed and light bleed. One of the windows in the room didn't have curtains or blinds at all, so the room became very bright once the sun was up. Air conditioner worked hard but the room never quite got cool.
