Kept up all night by staff doing laundry until 1am

It was clean

Cons:

There were howling dogs all night, someone on the staff was doing laundry until 1am in the room next to us with a light with no curtain shining directly into our room. After we addressed this we were told there was nothing they could do about the fact that they kept us up until 1am shining a light into the room. The location wasn’t particularly close to much you could walk to the plaza of americas but everything else was a drive. Pool was also a bit unclean and looked nothing like the pictures which must have been filtered or when the pool was cleaner.

Pleasant, basic, clean stay. Must obtain travel voucher from this host regarding airport travel.
Pros:

The location was very good, within the Centro district and walkable to the local area. The room was clean. The overall property was tidy and felt very clean.

Cons:

Traveling to this location was the very worst experience I have ever had. I was expected to obtain a travel voucher but had no awareness I was supposed to do this; nothing on Booking.com prompted this. The airport staff was helpful but made assumptions that I had a voucher. I couldn't go back to the help desk once we exited. They warned me about the local taxi services but in the end we had to hire one and pay an outrageous price because it was late at night and we were poorly informed as described above. The actual location was extremely difficult to find on the map and even difficult for our taxi driver. I think this was all because the local guest house group has multiple locations. We got lost carrying groceries back to the Guest House, found the one on our GPS map but the woman at the desk spoke no English. The trip improved after the above very difficult experiences arriving in downtown Cancun. The room itself was spare, had no blankets and very little kitchen equipment.

Pas de débit d’eau dans la douche (goutte à goutte : chevelure s’abstenir), eau chaude rare, wifi intermittent, problème avec la télé, pas d’eau consommable dans la chambre, problème de clé à l’arrivée…

Quartier résidentielle plutôt sympathique mais loin de tout.
Chambre propre. Climatisation fonctionnelle

Pas de fenêtre sur l extérieur cependant. Une fenêtre sur le couloir qui nous fait entendre tous les bruits e l’hôtel.

Cons:

Ce n’est pas de leur ressort mais coupure de courant à partir de 5heures de matin avec réactivation toutes les 30 secondes ce qui allumait la climatisation et la télé toutes les 30 sec en faisant un « BIP » qui empêchait toute possibilité de dormir mais avec des boule quies. Et ce jusqu’à 10h du matin.
Et par ailleurs, en conséquence, absence de WIFI (et de lumière évidemment).
De plus, l’alarme téléphone du gardien s’est allumé à 5h du matin ce qui ne l’a pas réveillé. 20 min après je suis descendue réveiller le gardien pour éteindre son alarme.

Je comprends parfaitement que ceci n’est pas de leur ressort mais ils ne m’ont pas proposé de geste commercial en retour (mise à par me proposer de rester dans la chambre jusqu à 12h15 plutôt que 11h prévu initialement) pour me « reposer ».

Cons:

Ondanks dat ik had aangegeven hoelaat ik aankwam, was er niemand om me een sleutel te geven. Via booking wel in contact gekomen, maar na een uur chatten zeiden ze dat ze me niet konden helpen (ondanks boeking en bevestiging) en dat ik andere slaapplek moest zoeken. Midden in nacht. Ongelooflijk slechte service!

The bathroom needs a leak-of-
paint, especially the ceiling , there's quite a lot of visible, black mould . Otherwise, it's good as gold .
