Great staff, good hotel/hostel and good food at the restaurant

Clean and nice room .water bottle free.nice it's always hot in Cancun.
Beautifull style.the bathroom, the room and the pool .all is designed with style and class
The guy with black hair in the front desk is very helpfull and nice .
Relaxing environment .I just spend 1 night.to cach the flight tomorrow. Close to las palpas .Soriana and 20 min to Mercado 28.

Very nice location, very clean, everyone friendly, in my opinion the rooms are really pretty, my only complain is that there are mosquitoes so bring repellent, but definitely would go back, around the area tons of food places, coffee shops, supermarket like 10 mins walking, and the artisans market very close too, loved it.

Great location downtown with amazing staff. Most of the amenities you could want are onsite including masseuse, bar, and restaurant. Anything else is a short walk, Uber, DiDi or taxi ride away. The rooms are super clean as well.

Beautiful, aesthetic room, not too comfy of a mattress but like any hotel honestly. They have the looks down, it really all does look like the photos, but the people are rude. Employees never were happy and didn’t
want to actually work.

This hotel is just perfect! Its vibe is unique, I think it goes beyond being a hotel. The pool looks like a cenote, the kitchen is big enough to cook in and the room is spacious and comfortable. Everything is very clean and organized. I had a wonderful time. I recommend it to anyone who wants to relax. Excellent for couples as it's a very charming place. I was able to enjoy the delicious bars and restaurants on Av. Nader close to the hotel, go to the beaches 15 minutes away by bus or uber and use the hotel's vintage bicycles to explore the center of Cancún. Enigmatic has several free activities for guests and I loved taking part in them, especially the guacamole lesson!

Great space to have great mexican food and the staff are amazing! I've come back to the enigmatic hotel multiple times, not only for the hotel, but specifically for this restaurant Los Compadres! 10/10 This is my favourite hotel in downtown Cancun!

Excellent stay, we had the most amazing room
in front of the pool! Much better than I initially expected. The staff were lovely both at the hostel and the bar. They also have a tattoo studio, work/internet room and very cozy environment. Would have booked again on my return but they were sold out. Conveniently located at a short walking distance from the ADO bus station.

The stay is super nice! The atmosphere has been great and all the staff greets you. Lionel helped us great! A lot of chill places and nice pool as well. Everything is very clean, the kitchen was also good to use. And a lot of free activities, we joined the guacemole workshop and yoga!

I arrived very early and very tired but Leonel kindly checked me into my room earlier. Very nice service and hostel seems lovely! Entrance area is very busy but personnel seems calm and super helpful to other guests as wells cannot for pool time!

We had a great overnight stay at Mezcal hostel as a group of friends. Rooms were great, all equipped with A/C’s and very comfortable. We loved the pool, and had breakfast before leaving which was great! Lionel went over and beyond, he was super helpful and very kind! Overall a great experience, would highly recommend.

The staff was extremely friendly, especially Chavelys who was kind enough to check me in early. It was scorching hot outside, over 35°C, and I was really feeling the heat.
The room was clean, but I think the AC might not have been working properly.

I arrived late and was only here one night before I went on a retreat about four hours away. It felt a bit like a hostel (common areas, at least). The room was very nice and the staff was friendly. Walked about 100 yards to a pleasant breakfast restaurant (The Rooster?) with good WiFi. I basically just slept here one night. Seems nice, though!
