Wonderful 💛
Pros:

The staff was very nice and helpful! We felt a lot of hospitality and kindness 🙏 Everytime we needed something, they were willing to help us and respond our request. Wonderful! The swimming pool was very lovely at night. It was a relaxing time with quality. The hotel provided a free lesson so we took Rismo Latino. The professor was very friendly and we had fun with other guests! The room is very spacious and every morning the cleaning lady made it tidy.

Cons:

The hotel is next to the road so sometimes we heard some sound but we didn’t care much.

Very nice, cozy hotel with a super pool and nice staff
Pros:

The hotel is very nicely decorated. Pool and jacuzzi with a lot of sunbeds and all in a calm and beautiful environment. The staff was very kind as well!

Cons:

Unfortunately we stayd only one night before our flight back to Europe, it was a pity because we could not enjoy extensively all the amenities of the hotel. we would definitely come back if we would be in Cancun again!

Le personnel est très agréable et sympathique on est bien accueillis. La chambre était grande.

Cons:

Mais la chambre est mal insonorisée c’était très bruyant, le rideau ne me cache absolument pas de la lumière donc même la nuit c’était éclairé à cause de l’éclairage urbain. La salle de bain est vraiment petite on ne peut pas poser d’affaires dedans

Una piacevole scoperta in centro A Cancún
Pros:

Un piccolo hotel nella zona centrale di Cancún che ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre esigenze di viaggio.
Lo staff è tutto giovane e molto disponibile .
L’atmosfera è rilassata e le camere sono ampie come spazi.
Devo sottolineare la disponibilità e la cortesia dei ragazzi della reception che gestiscono l’hotel.
Ci hanno aiutato ad organizzare i nostri Transfer di viaggio e ci hanno messo a disposizione un late check-out usufruendo dei servizi della SPA per poterci cambiare .
Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per due volte e ci hanno sempre aiutato .

Cons:

Le tende delle finestre della camera potrebbero avere una doppia tenda , una più sottile per far entrare la luce pur mantenendo la privacy.

Pros:

Останавливались на пару дней, остались приятные впечатления. Номер просторный, чистое постельное бельё и полотенца. Каждый день была уборка. Персонал очень дружелюбный, администратор всё подробно объяснила при заезде. Сотрудники были отзывчивы по всем возникающим вопросам.

Отдельно хочется отметить внутренний двор с бассейном и джакузи: удобные лежаки, есть зона для еды и столики, за которыми можно поработать. Wi-Fi работал нормально.
Отдельное спасибо за рабочую зону, которую нам предоставили через дорогу.

Для любителей кофе: очень вкусный кофе готовят в ресторане - соседняя дверь от входа в отель.

Cons:

Из пожеланий: хотелось бы больше крючков для полотенец и одежды в ванной комнате.

Sehr schönes Hotel, nettes Personal. Frühstück haben wir leider nicht probiert.
Pros:

Personal (haupsächlich Roy) sehr zuvorkommend, proaktiv und nett. Zimmer ist groß mit Klimaanlage. Angebot von Joga-Stunden.

Cons:

Leichter Gestank im Zimmer von Abfluss, aber nichts schlimmes:)
Fehlendes Kühlschrank im Zimmer.
