Außenanlage gut, Zimmer eher weniger.
Pros:

Der Pool war gut, nicht besonders groß aber völlig ausreichend für die Größe des Hotels. Wir waren fast immer alleine. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Zimmer sah nicht aus wie beschrieben, das Bett war relativ unbequem und für zwei Personen schon recht klein. Das Bad war leider wirklich nicht schön und besonders die Dusche hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen. Außerdem hat es aus dem Abfluss so stark gerochen, dass es im gesamten Badezimmer nach jedem Duschen nach Gulli roch. Ging man mit Socken durch das Zimmer (nachdem die Putzkräfte da waren wohlbemerkt!) Waren die Socken danach ziemlich dunkel von unten… lässt besonders bei dem Preis zu wünschen übrig.

Un havre de paix à Cancun
Pros:

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Pachamaya. L’accueil était très bon, le personnel très gentil et arrangeant. Nous avons check out à 12h et pu profiter de l’endroit et de la piscine jusqu’à notre départ pour l’aéroport à 16h. C’était très agréable. L’hôtel en lui même a une très bonne énergie, on s’y sent très bien.

Great spa hotel in Cancun
Pros:

Clean, green, inviting. With very nice staff and a great pool. They let me stay a couple hours after check out. Would stay again.

Cons:

Prices for spa were a bit steep. Sadly I also couldn’t make it to their yoga or other classes either as I was only staying one night.

Superbe emplacement afin de découvrir Cancun et ses alentours! Personnel au petit soin et adorable.
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, leur disponibilité et leurs conseils pour découvrir Cancun! Points supplémentaires pour les chiens si mignons de l'hôtel!
La piscine est très belle ainsi que les espaces communs sont charmants.

Cons:

Notre chambre était très humide, les habits ne séchaient pas. L'isolation n'est pas top, donc on entend absolument tout. La salle de bain n'était pas en très bon état, le rideau de douche p.ex. mériterait d'être changé.

Parfait pour une nuit en sortie d’aéroport
Pros:

Sa localisation à côté de la gare ado et du Ferry
La chambre était grande et confortable

Cons:

Je n’ai rien à dire vis-à-vis l’hôtel, nous sommes simplement restés une nuit de passage

Wonderful 💛
Pros:

The staff was very nice and helpful! We felt a lot of hospitality and kindness 🙏 Everytime we needed something, they were willing to help us and respond our request. Wonderful! The swimming pool was very lovely at night. It was a relaxing time with quality. The hotel provided a free lesson so we took Rismo Latino. The professor was very friendly and we had fun with other guests! The room is very spacious and every morning the cleaning lady made it tidy.

Cons:

The hotel is next to the road so sometimes we heard some sound but we didn’t care much.
