Pros:

Clean but poorly maintained property. Bathroom door did not have a lock and the door handle itself was not properly installed on. Incredible customer service , best experience ive had with an airbnb. Shower head wasnt installed properly and had leakage as well.

Street parking a block away but property did a great job on providing more than enough help. Fantastic for a single night stay, but I wouldnt recommend

Great apartment and location. Access to so many bars and restaurants. Parking was super easy. I’d stay here everytime I’m in Columbus.

Hidden Fees - Sketchy Entrance - Beware
Pros:

The unit was clean and relatively nice. However, thats the only pros.

Before getting to even stay, I was sent messages from Jungle House claiming that we need to pay a security deposit, outside of what we already paid to hotels.com. This was a bit odd, but I clarified with them and paid the security deposit. I was told as long as there was no damage I would receive the full refund.

House was left in perfect shape, and I only received a partial refund of my deposit for a "cleaning fee". They stated they forgot to charge this in our initial booking through hotels.com. I had to chargeback to get the remaining balance of my security deposit.

House has a pretty sketchy entrance that is located downtown. This area, was unfortunately, full of rough characters asking for money as you are trying to get into the unit.

I could not recommend this unit to anyone, especially with the random hidden fees.

Bait and Switch....Beware!!
Pros:

Initially we very much enjoyed our stay, the apartment was clean and well appointed.

Unfortunately we felt very taken advantage of when the day of our stay we were contacted requesting a $300 deposit which we paid.

After our stay we were informed we were being charged for Extra guests and it would come out of our deposti.

The place is advertised as Sleeping 7; we were a party of 4.
We were Shocked And Disappointed!
