It was an excellent stay with great customer service.
Pros:

I really liked the breakfast, the gym, swimming pool area. Everything was clean and front desk staff are so friendly and so are the housekeeping staff. They all greeted us and made us feel welcomed. When I needed extra toiletries, they were happy to provide.

Cons:

I think if the mattress on the couch was not so thin and uncomfortable, it would have been a perfect stay. The only thing that would have made it better is if they had a more comfy mattress for the sofa bed.

The best!
Pros:

I love the location. Brea is a great city and this location is down the street from Brea Mall and 5 minutes from downtown Brea. We enjoyed the nightlife in dt Brea and wonderful restaurants and live music

Cons:

I visit my daughter who moved here 3 years ago. I previously stayed at Embassy Suites. Sadly I could not give them high marks as it didn't feel clean. I wish I would have discovered the Residence Inn sooner. But I'm a loyal customer now.
