Will be staying again for the 3rd time.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and the stay was very comfortable

Cons:

Only thing is that the ice machine was not working on the second floor. Other than that everything was great!

Pros:

The woman at the front desk was very kind and apologetic that our room wasn't ready when we got there.

Cons:

We had to wait in the lobby until 6pm, which is 3 hours after check-in time, before our room was ready. I understand being behind, but that's 3 hours less time that we got to spend in our room. We had come to town to visit my brother at the VA hospital, so we were exhausted.
