The Villas At The Disneyland Hotel

The staff weren’t that great. No hospitality upon arrival or departure. No greetings upon arrival. No bell staff to assist with luggage. You have to haul your luggage to and from.

A mediocre hotel at best. $850/night what was supposed to be a deluxe studio came out a barely enough space for a family of 4 with a parking lot view. The builiding itself looks like an average hospital from outside and a little cozier inside but nothing that can justify its outrageously high prices. $850/night could buy me 3 nights in a spacious room at Cesar's Palace. But the turning point was finding "Sorry We Missed You" note inside our room even though Do Not Disturb sign was hung outside our room. And if outrageously high room prices are not enough they also charge for self-parking separately. Absolutely disgusting. I'm not sure if Disneyland is the happiest place on Earth but Disney Hotel is definitely the biggest scam on Earth.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the villas in Disneyland, and I must say, it’s a fantastic option for those visiting the area. The location is unbeatable, offering easy access to both Disneyland and California Adventure, as well as Downtown Disney and nearby attractions. The unit itself was clean, cozy, and well-appointed, making it a comfortable home base for our trip. Whether you’re here for the parks or exploring the surrounding area, the convenience and comfort of the villas truly make it a great choice for anyone looking for a relaxing and stress-free stay. Highly recommend!

Disney never disappoints. Had a wonderful experience.

I was surprised that there was Murphy bed. The room was quite small, and the blankets were subpar. called housekeeping to deliver more pillows and make up the bed, but no one came after saying that they would be there. Not sure I would stay there again.

The magic of Disneyland can follow you back to this resort! There were areas like a Haunted Mansion one, set up for photo opportunities. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved every minute of our stay!

I had some very unique problems while staying here. I have stayed at the Disney hotel before and it was amazing and perfect. This time, however, I had some issues with the room and noise. I coud hear water running in pipes pretty much all day long, all around me. So much so that my son kept talking about "ghosts" in the room. I coud hear people making, um lots of noises, 2/3 nights I was there. Sure it's a hotel, but I could hear bed creaking as well as other noises. Loud enough to wake me up. My coffee maker (which I never used) started making really loud alarm type noises in the middle of the night, scaring the crap out of me. And the last night, the hotel phone rang super early in the morning - 1 ring and then stopped. Waking me up yet again! I just was not able to get good sleep due to all of these things, which is just really surprising. I did bring them to the attention to the hotel, and they said "sorry" and offered to move me, which was great. But at this point I only had one remaining night and all our stuff was out. Just very unexpected disturbances for such an expensive stay.

Amazing Hotel, great personal service. We will return for next Disneyland vacation. My family and me we love it. Thanks for all the people work very hard in the Hotel for make wonderful time for every one.

The Villas at the Disneyland Hotel are a newer property and provided a welcomed quiet break from the busy louder surrounding options. We never heard a neighbor, came back at lunch each day from the park to a clean room. The property allows you access to all the Disneyland Hotel pools (villas pool and splash pad + monorail water slides) the food offered poolside was great as were the waitstaff. If your looking for a location close to Downtown Disney and close to the magic I would highly recommend this property.

The Disneyland Villas building was convenient to the theme parks, and the room was very nice.

Front desk was able to get us an upgrade, since our room wasn’t quite ready. everyone was super friendly and helpful. The villas was located basically in the same Disneyland hotel but more so an expansion. Not difficult to find at all. Beautiful view of Disney CA adventure and the city. The room was gorgeous and roomy. Will definitely recommend for a magical stay with the little ones! Will definitely come back! So many things to do inside as well such as goofys kitchen, pool, and many stores such as fantasia, coffee shops etc and only a 3 minute walk to downtown disney entrance!
