The hotel itself is beautiful and a great location. The staff are also very friendly and helpful during the stay. The reason for the 2 stars is an issue that occurred after my check out. A few weeks after I checked out, I received a parking violation via mail for nearly $100. One of their valet employees had parked in the incorrect garage and left the garage without paying/scanning their credentials. I immediately emailed the hotel and alerted them, along with a copy of the parking ticket and my receipt showing that the car was in their care at the time of the ticket. I was initially met with assurances that they would investigate and take care of the issue, but, despite me reaching out several times asking for an update (it’s been nearly a month and a half since I first reached out), it’s been complete radio silence. In short, nice hotel, beware of the valet.
Love the rooms, the artwork and antiques threw out the hotel. Awesome staff. Common areas to sit and relax are very nice. Great location to walk to Broadway or the stadium.

The noise in our room (801)…. Sounded like a vacuum cleaner whenever the air was on! Thought it was the elevator (you’re right next to it) but it was the air vent! Also was confused about how to get to the 8th floor.

Staff excellent!! Been staying at a lot of hiltons the last couple weeks. I will say a complimentary breakfast is available at most of the hiltons that are less than half the dollars here. Also, the paper that you have to scan to apply discounts or activities- just give it to us. The guitar picks for coffee? Again…just fill the cup

I absolutely loved this hotel. The atmosphere was very trendy, and the staff was especially helpful. The location was perfect, we were walking distance from everything, and that definitely helped us save on parking and uber costs. Plus the rooms were wonderful, the walls are decorated with beautiful artwork and the bathroom was huge. Overall a great experience.
This hotel is in a great location with just being a couple blocks from Broadway. The area had many bars and restaurants that were walking distance. The staff was friendly and very knowledgable about the history of the building and artist that they display. The room was clean and spacious. Their restaurant Gray & Dudley had a great atmosphere with many exceptional cocktails. I would highly recommend making a visit to the restaurant even if you are not staying at the establishment.
