Poor room conditions
Pros:

The shampoo/conditioner holder was detached from the shower wall and resting on a shelf. The door did not latch unless forcefully opened or closed. The cleaning staff left the room, the door did not close and was left unlocked the entire day we were out. Our belongings were not secured in the room.

Will not be back to this hotel or Hilton hotels in the future

The hotel was very nice and great location to be able to walk to everything. The valet service was backed up with 15-20 cars parked in front which made it more difficult to check in. Our room was very clean but an extremely loud noise in the room, possibly a mechanical problem with the A/C or something near our room, made it very difficult to get a good night sleep.
