Overall stay was fine. It served the purpose for which we came.
Pros:

Clean facility and friendly staff.

Cons:

We happened to be checked in during an Internet outage. We did have to wait quite some time to be manually checked in, which the staff did the best they could. However, we had no wifi access for our stay, which was difficult.

The location is next to a metro rail, which was very noisy at night. Might not be the best option for light sleepers.

Managers do not care about guest
Pros:

Front desk staff was nice. Rooms were decent.

Cons:

When returning to our room one of the days the battery on the card reader on our room door was out. We were locked out of our room and all our belongings for over 3hrs. Not to mention plans for the evening were ruined. The whole reason for traveling. When we checked out at the end of our stay we asked the manager on duty to discount at least one night as we had no access to the room or our belongings he absolutley refused to compromise with us in any way and dismissed any inconvenience we had while staying at this hotel. If anything goes wrong while you are there don't expect the manager to sympathize with you. Home2suites were always our go to hotels but we won't be staying at them anymore. No respect for the customers.

Cons:

They put us into a room that the previous guest had not checked out of. Despite my calls to the front desk, they kept insisting that the room was clean and ours. Soon enough, they were forced to figure it out. By then, no similar room was available so they split us into 2 rooms and "generously" did not charge us for the second room. We already paid for two beds and lost a lot of sleep. The building itself was fine but the staff were not on top of things or accommodating.

Excellent!
Pros:

Breakfast was fresh and excellent. The dining area was kept clean and food was kept stocked. Even though it was almost closing time, the staff brought out more food for the guests. It was a nice crowd for the breakfast.

Cons:

I have absolutely NO complaints about our stay at this location. Everything and everyone was great and I will definitely book another stay here. My family also enjoyed everything while here. Thank you!
