Pros:

I loved that the room had a kitchenette. It was very clean. Also, the bathroom is very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I loved it with an ironing board and iron.

I have no dislikes.

Nice facility but wanted more follow-up with our challenge.

I love home2suites as it is generally a good value for the room.

Cons:

When we turned on the exhaust fan we smelled what could only be described as sewage. When we notified the desk, nothing was done about it. We were offered air fresheners. The exhaust fan smell made us feel as if the room was unclean as we didn’t know where it was coming from. Was it sewage? Was it from the vents?

none of the news channels worked all 5 days. turned on the 6th day.
Pros:

breakfast was of. plates were dirty.

Cons:

service was bad. front counter employees on their phones, not really looking to serve customer. asked for my room to be serviced only once while I stayed all 6 days to come back after a long day and find the room was never serviced.

It was ok but I wouldn’t stay there again.
Pros:

Rooms were nice. Lobby area was clean and night manager very friendly.

Cons:

Bathroom was not clean. Sink had multiple hairs in it from the last guest. I ended up cleaning it. Room smelled of fast food which I initially thought was just residual. Then I found kitchen garbage had not been emptied. Night manager offered to change our room but with 4 weary kids we just made the best of it. But did leave me wondering what else in the room wasn’t clean.
