Won’t be long before this place is a dump if management isn’t diligent.
Pros:

Our room was clean.

Cons:

Upon arrival, myself and another guest waiting to check in, had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. There also seemed like a lot of transient’s were living in the “hotel”. Discarded trash was all over the parking lot.

Great Location, Clean Rooms and Great View of the Mountains
Pros:

This hotel was in a good location for visiting Saguaro NP and Pima Air & Space museum. The rooms were clean. The only negative is that the bathroom sink was missing bar soap. Not a big deal, as I had my own.

Stephanie was professional and courteous. Plus she had a sense of humor. She resolved any issues that we had, which were few, immediately. She is definitely management material.

The location was the best part of it.

BACKGROUND: Wife had below the knee amputation.

1. I didn't get the ADA room I booked online with a roll in shower.
2. The bed was low and uncomfortable.
3. Found a cockroach by the door.
4. The room smelled like someone smoked in it and they tried to cover it up.
5. The shower chair in room 100 is too far from the shower head making it impossible for her to take a shower by herself.
6. The toilet was too low for an ADA room.
7. The ice machine made 8 pieces of ice in a 4 hour period. Had to go buy ice at the store.
8. No pots, pans, dishes, cups or utensils provided. It was a suite. All other suites we have stayed in, they were supplied.

Short stay, but scared to sleep in bed after finding cockroaches in bedroom and bathroom.
