My reservation didnt show on the system. Apparently, because of a call receive from the company we booked. The manager didnt came out to explain hersself, but saod she receive a call with a confirmation number to cancelled reservation. When claim to application Booking.com they establish they didnt make call to cancel. I have stay several times in the property with my family, firt time having this situation and the uncomfortable thing is to not show and apologize and making other people responsible. Though, they found a room even that the system said it was sold out.
Even on booking the high season price are high for the 3* hotel.

The paid parking, lack of cleanliness (dirt on hallway floor for 2 days), tub did not drain properly, no trash can liners in trash can, no microwave in king suite.
