Clean and had everything we needed! Steps to the beach!

Very unique stay. An updated, clean property with fantastic access to the beach and boardwalk. No staff on site, but none were needed! Individual access via keypad for lobby and room access. New furnishings and decor make it a great place. It’s quiet with only 15 rooms. Plenty of Starbucks coffee for the in-room Keurig was a bonus! However, lack of beach towels, access to drinking water (vending machine was out) and lack of parking were negatives. Once you find a spot you hate to leave it for fear we won’t get one later. There aren’t any dining options within walking distance so we Ubered everywhere. Despite this, we would stay again.

Absolutely loved my stay with Surrey Beach House. The location is unbeatable on the beach block with restaurants close and offers two exterior decks. The hotel is modern and new with amenities including the best pillows, beach chairs and badges, coffee, a refrigerator, and two chairs and a table. Everything was wonderful; and, if you do need something, they will respond within minutes. I've already booked another stay with them because it was such a great locale and offered all the things I love about the beach.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Good A/C, fan a bit loud. Enjoyed the code for entrance into property and room. Very efficient.

We stayed in a 1st floor suite. Everything was clean and fresh. Great location a few steps from boardwalk. Hi recommend!

Great property on beach block and close to everything you'd want: beach, multiple restaurants, ice cream, movie theatre and more. We stayed in a premier suite which was perfect for our family with 2 children who used the queen sized sleeper while the parents had the king sized bed in the dedicated bedroom. Seamless experience with the check-in and check-out process and uber fast response from the owners when we had a question. They did this right - everything was well maintained and clean. We look forward to staying at the SBH again.

For your planning - The use of beach chairs and beach tags, a very nice amenity but they're within the rooms, so if planning to use the beach on check in or check out day, you'll need your own items to maximize the full day.

The property was perfect for a beach weekend! Right on the beach block, clean, plenty of amenities, etc. Check in and check out was easy.

Room 205 is Absolutely beautiful room. Very clean! Great art work! Everything and more than a hotel room would offer. Would definitely recommended this to everyone! The decks are great to sit on and have morning coffee. And very beautiful. Check in and out was seamless and worked perfect.

Only 2 little things, and one really isn't a big issue. The mini fridge door couldn't be open too far without picking up the area rug. I suggest to put it on a 2 inch platform. Then on day 2 we found out that the bathrom window was not locked, nor did it have a screen. There isn't an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Having the window was nice. But the window blind isnt sat in as much as the ones in the bedroom area so there are cracks someone could see into if they were on the back porch. And also with the window blind not shutting 100%. I believe the back decks are for emergency exit only though.

This place was amazing for a couple night stay while my friend was visiting from out of town! So clean and cute. The pickle ball paddles were such a cute touch too. Right on the beach and a block away from adorable restaurants and shops 😊 even though they didn’t have staff on site during our stay, the communication was excellent! I would definitely book again or suggest it to anyone visiting!

This place was amazing and I hope to be able to come back when the weather is warmer. I enjoyed every second of my short stay.

Loved that it was quiet. I deal with the public everyday and did not have to interact with anyone which made my stay relaxing. Idk about the vip part just really enjoyed my room.

This property was clean and tidy. It was VERY loud. We could hear conversations of guests in other rooms. Also, the air freshener was overwhelming.

Great place to stay. The little details made a difference. Bed was comfortable, starbucks coffee was a nice surprise. Toiletries were top of the line. Upscale stay with reasonable price. We stayed in the off season so parking was a breeze and nice to have morning walks on the boardwalk.

best stay in AC so far. We will be returning. Very comfortable and personal. The closest thing to home.
