I would not recommend staying if you plan to leave anything in the room unoccupied due to safety concern

Cons:

The office was unoccupied and the door combination provided did not work to open the door - when contacted they provided a code for lock box and when opened no key was in box creating a security concern - I asked to cancel room due to this concern and was denied - no refund was provided and no one stayed in the room

Once I got into my room then I liked my stay.
Pros:

Even though I was on the main highway; I couldn’t hear the traffic.

Cons:

You need to call someone to get the code to put in the combination of the door. I couldn’t get it to work. Had to call the person again and then I got another code for a lockbox that had a key. I wasn’t the only one that had this problem.

Limpio y bien ubicado
Pros:

Nuestra habitación fue limpiada por Mónica, hizo un excelente trabajo, la habitación estaba IMPECABLE cuando llegamos. Por otra parte el acceso era rápido y fácil. Estaba súper bien equipado con mini refrigerador, microondas, cafetera, agua y snack de cortesía.

Cheap stay
Pros:

The actual room is very nice and large. It was clean and quiet.

Cons:

There are no staff on site. You let yourself in with a digital key number. It appears to be a hotel people live in which is fine but given you have no idea how often those codes are changed makes it feel less safe. The shower head is exceptionally low. I am not even a tall person and I had to squat slightly to be able to wash my hair.

Great value, clean and comfortable
Pros:

I loved that his place was amazing value for what you pay. Super clean and comfortable and pretty close to Moab

Cons:

No staff at the hotel. But this wasn't a big deal since you could easily call them

An exquisite hotel room for budget motel prices
Pros:

Extremely nice accomodations: everything was worthy of a hotel twice the price and the deal felt like a steal. The bed and pillows were great and there were extras in the closet. The television was new and was a smart television that could stream anything. There were extra towels, soap/conditioner/shampoo were dispensers and there were extras of anything potentially needed.

Cons:

The door lock was difficult to get the hang of...

Pros:

It was clean, easy to get in (love the keyless entry!).

Cons:

It was a little confusing to find the room. Room numbers were small and hard to read at 1030 at night.
