Pros:

Nice staff. Near a lot of late night restaurants for late night cravings.

Cons:

Hallways were humid and smelled very “lived in.” Room was not very clean, found stain in one bed and had to request a change of bedding. Front desk is apparently not open all night so I had to wait, even though I heard voices behind desk closure. Even the replacement sheets weren’t the cleanest. Nothing felt sanitary.

Cons:

Bed was very uncomfortable. It was very, very low to the ground. The hallways and elevator always smelled like hot dryers. I asked for more towels and was always told they would bring them to room. They never did. Half of the time there was no one at front desk. TV didn't work when I checked in. I went to lobby and manager said he would come to room to fix it. Waited an hour then went back again. He then came to room and fixed it. I have to say..if I ever go to area again, I would not stay there.

One of the rooms didn’t have air, but we told the owner and he moved us to a different room immediately! So sweet of him.

It had a kitchen area and storage space.

Cons:

They left a new staff member at the front desk with little to no help. Check in took 30 minutes. There was fighting outside our door at 6 in the morning that lasted for 30 minutes. An employee was driving behind us when we were arriving, zoomed up behind us, laid on their horn, and passed us going extremely fast. It smelled like weed.

Cons:

Got over charged. Staff was rude. GM was nonreponsive to my requests about charges and then acted like I did something wrong by being frustrated with him. Never stay there again.

Horrible did not stay here and would not recommend anyone to stay here!

Nothing! We ended up having to canceled both rooms and getting a different hotel!

Cons:

This hotel was absolutely filthy! They claimed they needed us to wait 1 hour because they were doing a deep clean! We ended up waiting 1 hour and 35 mins all to still find a dirty room! As I waited there were 3 different guest who came to the front desk to complain about the room being dirty. This hotel violates health safety! They should be shut down or get new management/staff.

Ok for a short stay maybe not long stay
Pros:

Was easy to get to from the airport and was close enough to Downtown Nashville, staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Room was not cleaned during my entire stay which was a whole month! Not even hoovered or swept, also fridge had items left in it from previous guests and tops of fridge and other places were not cleaned had thick dust, laundry service is through an app that doesn’t allow payment from foreign cards with no cash alternatives.
