The cost, location and staff is definitely 5 Stars!
Pros:

The older African American lady at front desk was so nice and friendly. She was answering all questions we had and even told my girls good
Luck on there cheer competition(which showed she cared and payed attention) we would definitely stay here again.

Wish the shower presser was a bit more and that there was only 1 pillow per person. I wish there was at least 2 each and a little more fluffy

Not very much.

Cons:

Rude staff...bugs in room.. broken bed and thermostat in room. Shady looking people hanging out in the parking lot. Really loud music.

Cheap to stay, but won’t be staying here ever again.
Pros:

The location was right in the middle of everything. We were not took far from any places we wished to travel.

Cons:

The 3rd floor had a very distinct odor that you could not ignore! The room was fairly clean.. the counter has residue that needed to be wiped off. WiFi extremely slow! Also, the people in the room beside of us got kicked out for smoking cigarettes but we ended up not getting reimburse for our deposit because of it. Management never reached out and told me about the situation, I had to call them and what was suppose to be $50 will now only be a $43 reimbursement. I don’t appreciate when I put my card on file and they do whatever they want with it.

Nothing Stacey and Desirae are rude and unprofessional. Terry the GM was just as bad. The whole staff was just awful.

Pros:

The location was perfect to where my mom lives.

Cons:

It was apparent that some guest had smoked in their rooms. We asked to be moved from our initial room and the staff were helpful in getting us a room that didn’t smell like smoke.

Cons:

TV didnt work. both nights no TV. used water bottles in fridge. dog barked all night long. front desk called for TV issue, never showed up. next door up all night banging. smell of weed in halls. ZERO STARS. HORRIBLE.

Pros:

I love the space and bed. Nice tv. Loved the staff and they was so professional. Got a iron board as permission.

Didn't expect to paid to deposit. Wish I booking.com give a notice. Cleaning staff could done better to see my room need cleaning.

This location was very convenient and affordable for visiting downtown Nashville. I would do again.

I was disappointed that there was no coffee maker in the room. Also, the ice cube trays were dirty.

I enjoyed my stay overall, the staff was nice.
Pros:

Loved the location, I could have walked to get something to eat.

Cons:

Didn't like that the vending machine took my money and I never got what I wanted. I sent an email to the company and received an email back that someone will reach out to me. But to this day, I have not heard from anyone.
