This location was very convenient and affordable for visiting downtown Nashville. I would do again.

I was disappointed that there was no coffee maker in the room. Also, the ice cube trays were dirty.

I enjoyed my stay overall, the staff was nice.
Pros:

Loved the location, I could have walked to get something to eat.

Cons:

Didn't like that the vending machine took my money and I never got what I wanted. I sent an email to the company and received an email back that someone will reach out to me. But to this day, I have not heard from anyone.

Nice hotel but the smell was strong and awful.
Pros:

The location was good. The room was nice.

Cons:

There was a terrible smell in the room. It wasn't smoke or cleaning products. I don't know what it was. I should have told the front desk staff at the time.

Sleepless nights
Cons:

There was someone doing laundry until 2 or 3 in the morning two of my 3 nights. I was told by front desk lady the employees live there, which I'm fine with, but if they're going to do laundry throughout the night, they shouldn't be folding it in their room. If so, don't let the door slam everything's you go in or out!!

Clean, comfortable, and decently priced.
Pros:

Cleanest and friendliest hotel you can find in the Hermitage area for the price. Everything else is run down and ghetto. This place is very decent and feels brand new. They also have very exceptional laundry facilities, which I used once. The staff is wonderful, helped me with what I needed when I asked. This hotel is nice for the Hermitage area. I won’t be staying anywhere else when I come back to visit. Thanks for a great stay.

Cons:

Only “policy” I wasn’t super fond of was the “you only get 2 towels and must take them to the office for replacements when you’re done. But i understand that may be because someone always ruins it for the rest of us. I also wish they had a morning breakfast! But can do without.

Pros:

No because they smoking weed in the building and they put me and my kids out because the police came over there and that's not right and then when I first moved in there it smelled like straight up wheat and they got no smoking signs all over the building but people be smoking in the house I think that's a damn drug addict hotel where it ain't number drug addicts that live there and they smoke drugs in that house and nobody knows about it but yes the police needs to go to that damn hotel cuz people ain't doing nothing but we smoking crack and all that and people selling weed at the hotel and all that

Enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Large clean quiet suite. Very comfortable bed with good pillows and soft sheets. Excellent shower with strong pressure, lots of hot water and a free-flowing drain. Plenty of space around the sink to set toiletries. Loved the wood floor—so much more sanitary than carpet. Having a desk with chair plus another chair in the room was convenient for 2 people. Easy check-in, strong wifi. Very reasonable price compared with other area lodging. Brian and Billie (not sure I'm spelling her name right!) at the front desk were both very helpful.

Cons:

The hotel does not provide hand towels (only bath towels and washcloths) and the bed was very close to the wall. Despite these inconveniences, we would book again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.
