Pros:

The location was perfect to where my mom lives.

Cons:

It was apparent that some guest had smoked in their rooms. We asked to be moved from our initial room and the staff were helpful in getting us a room that didn’t smell like smoke.

TV didnt work. both nights no TV. used water bottles in fridge. dog barked all night long. front desk called for TV issue, never showed up. next door up all night banging. smell of weed in halls. ZERO STARS. HORRIBLE.

I love the space and bed. Nice tv. Loved the staff and they was so professional. Got a iron board as permission.

Cons:

Didn't expect to paid to deposit. Wish I booking.com give a notice. Cleaning staff could done better to see my room need cleaning.

This location was very convenient and affordable for visiting downtown Nashville. I would do again.

I was disappointed that there was no coffee maker in the room. Also, the ice cube trays were dirty.

I enjoyed my stay overall, the staff was nice.
Pros:

Loved the location, I could have walked to get something to eat.

Cons:

Didn't like that the vending machine took my money and I never got what I wanted. I sent an email to the company and received an email back that someone will reach out to me. But to this day, I have not heard from anyone.

Nice hotel but the smell was strong and awful.

The location was good. The room was nice.

Cons:

There was a terrible smell in the room. It wasn't smoke or cleaning products. I don't know what it was. I should have told the front desk staff at the time.
