Hotel centralissimo a Miami Beach
Pros:

Cibo ottimo, piscina piccola ma molto bella hanno messo anche il televisore per vedere le partite del mondiale.
Pulizia ottima, con cambio lenzuola e asciugamani ogni giorno, inoltre davano i salviettoni per la piscina se ne avevi bisogno. Colazione buona ma sarebbe meglio una colazione a buffet per tutti, un po' più internazionale. Ottimo posto per passare una settimana a Miami Beach, centralissimo a tutto e ristoranti e spiagge molto belle!!
Se torneremo a Miami rialloggeremo volentieri qui :)

As comodidades são ótimas e a localização também. Os funcionários do na sua grande maioria são excepcionais.

Cons:

O pequeno-almoço não é em regime de buffet o que desiludiu um bocadinho, conta com algumas opções. A oferta de bebidas do mesmo também não é nada de extraordinário.

Todo. El personal fue muy irrespetuoso siempre. Reservé este hotel pensando que el desayuno estaba incluido y cuando llegué me dijeron que tenia que abonar 30 dolares. Un desastre!!

Bloody awful

Reported TV in room not working twice, nothing done about it.
4 peices of cardio equipment in the gym, 2 are not working.
Breakfast was awful. 1st morning fried eggs with a spicy sauce. Turned them over and they was black. 2nd day small omlette with a dry piece of toasted Wonder bread, no butter. One morning the lady on a table next to me asked if she could have Coffee and Orange juice. 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Was told abruptly can only have 1 or the other.
Hotel constantly stinks of weed.
Best of all.......the corridor carpet. Say no more!
I have read on previous reviews that when you check in they may say "you have a free upgrade"........... what that means is we are giving you the worst room in the hotel. Mine was a view of the bin yard, with the rats running around keeping me entertained.
There is no way this hotel is a 4 star.
