Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen! Bilder sehen viel besser aus als die Realität ist.

Hotel cómodo, muy bien situado y personal agradable
Pros:

Hotel muy bien situado: andando a dos calles de la playa, de los restaurantes de Ocean drive, cerca de Española way, de Lincoln road… sin ser una calle bulliciosa como Ocean drive.
El personal de recepción es encantador y muy amable; son de 10.
La habitación muy nueva y cómoda (habit. DeLuxe con balcón); nos dieron una con una terraza enorme, en la 3ª planta .
Imprescindible la piscina (la chica de la piscina también es muy agradable).
El jardín que tienen también es un punto positivo; no entras directamente de la calle al hotel sino que tienes el jardincito con la piscina y mesas y sillones. También puedes comprarte cosas en el supermercado que hay enfrente y tomártelas tranquilamente en el jardín . Es amplio, agradable, con muchas mesas y sillones .

Cons:

Armario demasiado pequeño .
Se echaba en falta alguna toalla más .
El desayuno incluido solo consta de 4 platos con huevos , café o zumo (a elegir); para 6 días se hace un poco repetitivo, se hubiera agradecido algún plato dulce incluido

Skulle inte besöka detta hotell igen.
Pros:

- Hyfsat nära till stranden.

Cons:

- Vi blev anklagade att ha stuligt brandvarnaren på rummet och vi skulle behöva betala för en ny om vi inte hittade den (vi hade inte tagit den). Vi missade nästan frukosten pågrund av detta. Vi blev sedan lovade ersättning för strulet men i efterhand nekade de och vi fick ingen ersättning.

- På frukosten som ingick kunde man endast välja mellan några få olika rätter varav alla var ägg med bröd, till dryck fick man endast välja mellan en kopp kaffe eller ett glas juice.

- Väldigt lyhört mellan rummen.

- Mycket litet badrum.

- Stog att det skulle finnas en vattenstation men det fanns inte.

Pros:

The location is great you have everything near by, Samanta was really kind and helpful on our arrival, the hotel has a nice swimming pool and they provide sunscreen, lemon water, after sun cream and this is simple wow!
Conformable and clean rooms, near the beach, strongly recommended hotel!

Cons:

Nothing to complain, is a great hotel with very professional and kind staff.

Good stay, great location, good breakfast, bestiole clean and comfortable
Pros:

The staf at the front desk was friend lu and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and confortable. Breakfast was very good. The swimming pool was nice. Good location.

Cons:

The élévateur was not working (but the staff offerts to help with our bags), other options without eggs would have been appreciated in the included belreakfast, the staff at the breakfast was not very friendly

Chambre, mal isolé pour ma première nuit dans cet hôtel, j’ai entendu parler la voisine toute la nuit et je n’ai pas pu

J’ai aimé l’emplacement la piscine extérieure très agréable.

Cons:

Je n’ai pas aimé l’attitude de la personne à l’accueil la nuit car je suis arrivé à 22h et j’avais oublié mes cartes physique à la maison en France. J’ai essayé de payer avec Apple Pay ma caution mais il a complètement refusé toutes les solutions proposées, j’ai failli dormir dans la rue alors que j’avais déjà payé ma chambre d’hôtel.. Heureusement plutôt dans la journée, j’avais des connaissances qui étaient arrivés à Miami. J’ai dû les réveiller pour emprunter leur carte.. c’est monsieur de l’accueil a aucun moment n’a cherché à trouver une solution avec moi.

Nous avions séjourné au même hôtel 1 semaine avant et tout était parfait nous n’avions rien à dire . Mais notre 2 eme ex

L’emplacement

Cons:

La femme de ménage a laissé notre porte entre ouverte toute la journée après avoir fait le ménage .
La Clim etait extrêmement bruyante, nous entendions également le bruit de l’extérieur .
Les rideaux ne servaient pas à grand chose pour empêcher la lumière de rentrer . Il y avait beaucoup de lumière de l’extérieur la nuit ainsi que le matin

Tout était parfait, la propreté de l'établissement, le prêt de serviette pour la plage ou la piscine, l'amabilité du personnel aux petits soins (cadeau d'accueil, savons , gels douche, service de bagagerie gratuit). La proximité d'océan drive et de la plage est un atout!!!
