Check in was ok except for outright $20 for arrival. However, the whole environment needs cleaning. Damped rug with stench smell and poor aeration inside the hallway and room.

I like that the hotel was in a convenient location but i didn't like that the room i stayed in had holes in the floor and poor lighting

I got an upgrade from 1 bed to 2 beds, which I appreciated it very much. Thank you. I cannot give more stars because the office was closed at 7 am when I needed to check out and ask for my cash deposit back. I made several calls throughout the morning, but nobody picked up my call.

I never stayed at this hotel. The manager demanded a cash deposit with no receipt )which was not on the website,), refused to put deposit on card, (like other hotels) which made me weary of not trusting him. When traveling no one carries cash. He felt justified. So I am out of $160. I NEVER STAYED.

Very dirty, roaches on walls and bathtub, strong bad odor, noisy mini-fridge and ac unit.
Will never recommend it to anyone !!!

The comforter and sheets were stained. The tub was dripping the entire time. Someone came in My room without My permission

It was exactly what to expect from a low price hotel. Last minute thing. I loved the mirrors in the room.

It was alright. The pictures that y’all have online is not the way the rooms look in person.

Property has roaches. As soon as we walk in the door to the room we see a roach crawling across the bed. The guy at the front desk tells us he will move us to another room and had the nerve to say he would give us a double bed for no extra charge. Really dude? You got roaches and going to act like you are doing us a favor. Second room had a huge dead roach on the floor of the bathroom. The bed linens are old and yellow. The room smelled like mildew. We had to get toilet paper from the store because the room had enough to use the bathroom once. I ended up buying a blanket and some pillows to cover the bed because we didn't want to use their linens. The bathtub didn't drain right and you couldn't even pull up the thing to turn the shower on all the way. Overall terrible hotel. The phrase "you get what you pay for" in full effect here. If you read any good reviews they are obviously bought because absolutely not. We travel a lot for events and try to keep our overhead cost low and usually spend around $100 for a hotel but this... this one is terrible. If you have zero standards this place is for you. Otherwise stay away.

The property was not updated with amenities and the care was not great. Customer service was very unprofessional. Also the towels were dingy and did not look clean

The whole 3 days we stayed there, they didn’t change bedding or clean the room.

I didn’t stay because they didn’t have any lights I want my money back now
