Great Value / Prepare to Walk
Pros:

Modern hotel with large suites. We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with living room and kitchette which was fully equipped. Good value but not as conveniently located.

Cons:

While within walking distance of Broadway, it is a 30-40 minute walk to the main drag.
There are restuarants within walking distance but nothin onsight, as well no grocery stores nearby.
They do have a shuttle into town but return pick up is by 10 pm. A taxi/uber from the main drag is $30-40 USD / $50-70 CDN.
As well nearest shopping center is $20 USD / $30 CDN each way.
Sofa is modern but quite hard if you need an extra bed. There is plenty of room to accommodate a Sofa bed for which the hotel should consider doing.
Pool area is quite small and shaded until noon.
Lastly, replacing the coffee bar, adjacent to the pool, with a cocktail bar and grill would be more suitable.

Great Hotel Great Location
Pros:

The rooms are great! There is plenty of space and with full size appliances if you want to cook. The rooms are very clean, which I really appreciate.
The location is fantastic. Midtown is so much quieter yet close to everything. Broadway is a short ride if that's your thing. We found the best restaurants and bars walking distance from the hotel.

Cons:

My only complaint was the air conditioner unit was loud. I don't like any white noise but the unit runs constantly. It was too warm to turn it off. If you like a fan on while you sleep it will be fine

My day was short, but very comfortable and welcoming. I was greeted by Saleema upon my check-in. She was super friendly
Pros:

The place was very clean. I loved how comfortable the beds were.

Cons:

I booked this room over another one because of the pool but when I got there, I was informed that it wouldn’t be open until the next day.

Comfortable elegance in the heart of the city.
Pros:

Location with free parking - very central! Beautiful facilities with comfortable and large room. Well set up kitchenette too

Cons:

Everything was great - pet prices ($75 per dog) were the highest I’ve paid anywhere across the nation).
