My room was dirty. I had no soap even after asking. The shampoo was empty. Toilet was broken.

Room was tore up. Painted over bad remodel work. Paper thin walls. Bathtub took two days to drain.

I'm still waiting for my incidentals deposit to be returned... 36 hours later? Ridiculous. The towels tore apart while I was drying off. Use bleach much? For $140 actually $240 counting my "incidentals deposit" you'd think it would a much nicer hotel. Very disappointing.

Cons:

After booking our room, they wanted to charge us a huge deposit for the room, it was like 8× larger than we pay at much nicer rooms, then they would not give us a refund!

Pros:

The woman who checked us in and out was amazing and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Wasn't excepting there to be zero cable to watch T.V. on. Our room was right against the washer and dryers and when in use shook the bed, causing some discomfort and fustration when being woken up by it. Excepting a larger or more pillows. We did enjoy showering with the daddy long legs.

Pros:

No hot water, apparently had a broken pipe. Ice machine broken. Had a spill on a bed, asked for the linens to be changed and room serviced, no one ever showed up. Super noisy, from street, and other rooms. Not offered any type of reimbursement for no hot water during 2 night stay.

We attempted to check in to the hotel around 4 pm, the concierge told us our room would be ready in 10-15 minutes. The room wasn’t ready until 5 pm which was over a 30 minute wait. We walked into the room and it was disgusting! It smelled, there were crumbs on the ground by the window, the bathtub was stained, and the toilet was leaking. We immediately took our bags to the car and checked out. We ended up staying at another hotel.
