It was neat and clean and location was pretty nice

Cons:

Can’t say about the property but the staff was rude, unprofessional and with no empathy, I booked this hotel because of the kitchen facility. In the name of kitchen they just have an induction stove with no utensils to cook. How can a person cook or eat without utensils. Atleast they should have mentioned this in the advertisement which they did not. Also in the room they have mentioned to contact helpdesk for crockery but they don’t seem to provide any thing or may be the staff didn’t wanted to provide . Upon reaching the front desk they simply gave us a very very old sausepan (with no spatula, knife, spoon or crockery). With just one pan there kitchen facility is done.
If that’s the case they should have mentioned in the room details that there is kitchen (without utensils). Moreover the front desk person appeared to be unfriendly and bit rude. A very bad experience to share, the staff was an Indian guy was talking with the guest with very inappropriate and unprofessional hand gestures. I believe the property is definately worth but the staff needs to be changed .

Be aware of this property, not returning or will to stay again with this hotel chain
Cons:

The room telephone did not work ... the toilet self-flushed about every 2-3 minutes all day and night ... no electrical wall plugs near headboard for medical equipment ... asked to borrow extension cord only to be given a damaged extension cord ... staff was not helpful, unable to relocate to better room

Cons:

They have a washer and dryer that takes quarters but they have no way for change. Asked house keeper for couple more towels told me there's a washer and dryer. Also has a kitchenette but they charge you a 250 deposit to use it.
