Pros:

Nothing. Rude front desk. They let us sleep on the street and with two pets with - 13 grad celcius

Cons:

Dog shit in the lobby. Rude front desk people chatting bad after every customer

We will stay here again and recommend to others.
Pros:

I loved the location. We attended an event at Bridgestone and the walk was very easy. We also had no trouble parking when we arrived. The staff was amazing.

Very stylish

Cons:

No complimentary water bottles for the honors tier members and no complimentary coffee except a poorly designed pour over version in your room, making weak coffee. The fake country music star “ Marie Louise” was weird and fave the place a kind of phony plastic image.

Pros:

Property was great

Cons:

Poor customer service. Overcharged and confusion about rates. Inconsistent with information provided through booking dot com. Currently considerably out of pocket, overcharged nightly rate and charged twice for extension of booking. This was rectified at time of checkout and then card charged again after stay.

Pros:

Quaint boutique vibe close to downtown but far away enough from the hustle. Clean was great stay.

Cons:

Housekeeping did not come regularly had to call them by 2nd night.
