Perfect Work Getaway!
Pros:

Everything was great, truly. Super clean, friendly staff, comfortable. I would stay there again. I needed quiet space for work, and this hotel did not disappoint. Loved the location, perfect for walking along the Brazos River. Bonus, a Farmer's Market popped up nearby on Saturday morning! Wonderful, friendly staff. Quiet. Did I say clean? I felt safe traveling alone. Thank you.

Cons:

If I could change anything it would be the loud doors - they are heavy and sound proof, but loud when they close. Guests having a late night woke me up during the night by simply closing their door. Also, the free WiFi kept going off and on. Otherwise, fantastic stay!

Very Welcoming And Relaxing
Pros:

There wasn't anything I did not like. The staff was friendly. The room was beautiful and the view was great! The room was welcoming and relaxing!!! My stay was EVERYTHING I needed.

Cons:

Due to the two hotels being in one parking lot is confusing when ordering things through DoorDash or Uber. My food was delivered to the wrong hotel. A solution to that issue would make staying there PERFECT!!!

Nice property, unfortunate experience
Pros:

Clean and comfortable rooms. Good location to Waco.

Cons:

The hotel was understaffed when we stayed which caused a long delay at check in and obtaining a room. The staff tried really hard and did well to overcome this issue. The next morning however we waited almost 40 mins from ordering breakfast to nothing arriving at our table. We cancelled our order as the chef had not started it yet. Nobody seemed to be getting any food. We had paid for breakfast included, so this was disappointing and nothing was offered to us as a good will gesture, not even an apology at checkout.
Overall a nice property, just a shame things were not handled as well as they could.

Pros:

Newer construction; fresh aesthetic; comfy rooms. Walkable to Baylor stadium and other great restaurants and rooftops. Outdoor pool is a vibe + hot tub + outdoor bar. Less than 5 minute drive to Magnolia Market.
