Pros:

Great location, wonderful breakfast and even better facilities. The gym was well equipped and the swimming pool and whirlpool was well kept and maintained. Thoroughly enjoyed my stop over here.

Great for one or 2 nights but average for a full week.
Pros:

Friendly staff, good location.

Cons:

Storage in room was very poor - there were no drawers or shelfs for unpacking clothes and we were forced to live out of a suitcase (literally) for a week.

Cons:

We were disappointed as we paid extra to include breakfast for our family. We were not told upon check in that the kitchen was not functioning. When we went down to eat in the morning we were told we had to go next door to eat and needed vouchers. We were given only 2 (for family of 4) and were told we would have to pay for the additional meals. This was upsetting as we had paid extra for this very reason.

Its was nice. I would come back.
Pros:

No breakfast was served mat this facility. We had to walk across the street to get it at the sister hotel. We just left and got breakfast later.

Cons:

Check in time was a scramble. Your staff di not let anyone check in a few minutes earlier. I got there about an hour early. One gentleman said I had to wait. Did not ask me to pre check in.

Pros:

The hotel was very clean & the rooms were great. Very Very large walk in shower with amazing water pressure

Cons:

Check in was a little slow on friday afternoon. Might be nice if they had more staff on hand Friday afternoon

Loved our stay, so comfortable and lovely, we will definitely stay again!
Pros:

The staff was so nice and friendly. The room was so spacious and very clean! The room was also very updated. The hotel was quiet despite being almost fully booked. The location was very convenient to the university.

Cons:

I don't have anything negative to say.
