Pros:

Very clean, easy to get in and out. Valet parking only, reasonably priced. Street parking is available as well. Staff is very nice, our server Rudy was very considerate and helpful.

Don’t just call to confirm your reservation
Pros:

They gave away my reservation and blamed me for not checking in sooner. Worst part was I called the day before to confirm my reservation.

Bar options are very limited. It's Valet only, and on one occasion I could not access my own car because they hadn't parked it. Very inconvenient. The hotel is nice and clean though.

The staff were excellent. Super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and Mid Century decor which we loved! I now have some ideas for our home. Easy walk to everywhere you would want to go to. We'll be back! Cool pool area!

Pros:

Great property. Booked a suite and the master bedroom TV was missing. When I contacted the front desk they said the room doesn’t have a TV. Found out later we were lied to and hotel maintenance knew the TV was stolen but didn’t want to bother replacing.

Fire alarm randomly went off and no clear direction from staff whether it was over or not, repeatedly kept playing. Someone higher up announced something through the speakers but you can barely hear them so didn't know what happened. The parking only being valet with no regular parking available is completely ridiculous and beyond irritating when having to wait for your car. Waste of $50 I didn't need to spend, only good thing was the room service and that's it won't come back at all

I was able to check in late, every staff member we interacted with was pleasant and the valet parking was worth it. It is right up against a neighborhood but as a local that doesn’t bother me, I would stay there again!

This is a really nice hotel, I just don’t understand why the concierge here doesn’t help with your bags. Also, I called about a charge on my card and spoke to Arayeli( may be misspelled) she was rude and had a bad attitude, I don’t understand businesses who employ people with bad attitudes like this, it’s even more shocking since the hotel manager Michael is very nice and welcoming.

Pros:

Clean hotel, staff were amazing. Valet is $25/night. I don’t think you can park on the street as it’s with permit only. You can’t park at the Source parking either. Overall, a great stay.
