One of the best hotel experiences we've ever had!
Pros:

Easy check-in / check-out. Central location to everything. Quiet, clean rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. 5-stars all around.

Bom, mas não excelente.
Pros:

Localização.

Cons:

Cheiro de mofo no banheiro e cama não estava limpa o suficiente. Parecia que alguém tinha dormido na cama e simplesmente arrumaram do jeito que estava sem trocar os lençóis para o próximo hóspede.

Comfortable stay in a convenient location at a good price.
Pros:

Location was great, right near a subway stop. Newbury St and Commonwealth Ave are nearby and great to walk along to get to Boston Common and beyond. Various food options near the hotel for a quick meal after a long day sightseeing. The room was very small, with the large bed only accessible from one side as it went right up to the window on the other side, but we expected that from looking at the photos and wasn't an issue for us. Overall it was a surprisingly comfortable room with anything you might need on a short city stay.
The main sitting/dining area of the hotel has lots of tables and seating. It was great to be able to refill our water bottles there too.

Cons:

Check in and check out where slightly confusing as they have tablets but also a couple of staff members kind of just standing around in the same area. Unclear whether they want you to do your own thing, or speak with the staff.

Only thing was finding out it was a cashless property 😅 it would’ve been nice to get an email about that before arriving but Taylor was able to help us through it thanks!!
