I would recommend this 100%. It is fairly priced and close enough to all the hospitals. But be prepared to be surround
Pros:

This property has exceptional features the room I had was all controlled by a iPad! The curtains, lights, temperature all worked via iPad.

Cons:

I think the one thing I didn’t like was there wasn’t a fridge. It had a small draw with could barely fit a soda can or even stay cold even in what they consider a fridge.

Pros:

CitizenM offers clean rooms, excellent location, friendly staff, modern atmosphere, and easy check-in/checkout.

Cons:

You have to ask for wash cloths and cups.

I have repeated stays at the hotel will return.
Pros:

Situated at the end of Newbury Street, it offers immediate access to high-end shopping, iconic restaurants, and the Hynes Convention Center "T" station for easy city-wide transit. Staff are extremely helpful and the hotel is a welcoming atmosphere.

Cons:

Prefer to have wash cloths in the room.

Pros:

The location was very good. The place was quiet. The systems were setup to be efficient. it can be a good hotel for business travelers.

Cons:

The room is TOO SMALL. And the checkin process was no fun. There was no coffee maker in the room nor was there free coffee in a common place. They suggested I pay for it. The price was too high and this felt too cheap.

I enjoy staying at CitizenM and will return.
Pros:

CitizenM Back Bay is recognized for its central location, providing easy access to Boston's attractions, restaurants, and shopping exceptionally convenient. I appreciate the hotel's stylish ambiance, cleanliness, and the staff was incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect.

Cons:

No bathtub.

Nice Hotel in Boston
Pros:

Very well positioned hotel with great view and fair/good breakfast.

Cons:

Diversity of the breakfast -> they could change from day to day the menu. Personnel ->The staff wasn't aware of the fact that the air company already sent the lost bagages at the hotel, and we where still searching for them at the airport while the bagages have been in the reception for quite a while.

Pros:

I loved the central location and the super friendly staff.
The breakfast spread was great and more than worth the money I paid for it.

Cons:

Scheduling the room cleaning is a little fiddly. By default, the room isn't cleaned. So that took some figuring out.

Loved the atmosphere, the beds were comfy and loved that everything was controlled by iPad! The view out the window was awesome !

Cons:

The pillows were awful ! And obviously the parking in Boston!
