Cool young city vibe in the middle of Back Bay
Pros:

Il CitizenM Hotel e' andato oltre le mie aspettative. Il self check in e' semplice ed efficiente, la stanza e' funzionale e pulita e il wifi funziona senza problemi. La posizione a Back Bay e' ideale per farsi una tranquilla passeggiata come pure per spostarsi in citta', data la vicinanza alla metropolitana. Il prezzo e' un po' elevato pero' in generale ne vale la pena. Alcuni utenti si lamentano delle piccole dimensioni della stanza: la stanza in effetti e' piccola, ma per una permanenza di pochi giorni non e' un problema.

Cons:

Ci sono molte tasse (e quindi costi aggiuntivi) che vengono calcolati al check out quindi e' forse opportuno leggere tutti i dettagli della tariffa (cosa che io non avevo fatto) per non avere sorprese.

Great location, very modern, shame about small room and bed position
Pros:

Lovely decor, clean room, modern facilities, easy check in/out, nice selection for breakfast

Cons:

King room with bed up against the window, had to switch pillows round to lay horizontally

Pros:

it was amazing experience with check-in and checking out, self service is the best. The hotel has the best roof top bar with great view to the city.
i had a room view on the river and city view. Will come back next time 100%

Being CitizenM in Boston
Pros:

I stayed 5 nights. The location is great. The bed is super comfortable. The lighting is extraordinary.
The ramen nearby is super delicious.
The water pressure is bearable for being CitizenM.

Cons:

I wish there are coffee maker and tea in room.

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

We loved the location, and the room. While it was small, it was perfect for this trip where we didn’t want to spend much time in the hotel for anyway. We liked the bar and the common spaces. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The black out curtain was AMAZING. Definitely a highlight.

Cons:

The shower and the shampoo/gel/conditioner. The pumps didn’t work.

Pros:

Location, very nice part of Boston

Cons:

The beds being only accessible from 1 side. The bloody ipad that controls everything in the room, what an absolute waste of time.
