Pros:

Location was the reason I chose this property. But dissatisfied for other reasons

Cons:

- Room didn’t even have a kettle to make your own coffee etc. Expected a decent room with basics facilities. They had nothing.
- Also the room was so small, the beds were wall to wall and the window on one end of the bed.. was reminded of the Japanese capsule hotel rooms
- the wash basin is outside and messes up the little walking space that is there.

Fantastic location, very friendly & clean
Pros:

Great location, staff friendly, easy to check in. Room small but nice & adequate.

Cons:

The bed is very comfortable, however the bed is too high for a small lady like myself & it was a struggle getting in & out. The bed is pushed up against the window & you have to climb across to get out. A coffee machine would be a great addition.

Nice central location
Pros:

Location, staff, cleanliness , all exceptional

Cons:

The bed location in the rooms are really odd. Have to crawl over your partner to get out of bed. Pillows were terrible.

Pros:

It was relatively well located although better to approach from Newbury street

Cons:

The staff seemed generally uninterested, I did not like the completely online check in system, and the room did not feel clean. There was past guest hair and candy wrappers and evidence of previous beverage spills on the desk.

Perfect location, comfy space, cozy room!!
Pros:

We have a student at a local college and it was so convenient to walk a couple blocks and be there. Plenty of places to eat and in a vibrant part of the city. We walked over to do the Freedom Trail and the next day walked to the art museum (Fine Arts). The room was quiet, the lobby space was great for hanging out, and the mattress was great! Super comfortable ! Can’t wait to stay again. I also liked how the staff had a fun participatory activity that helps create community with sharing on tape what you love about spring. It was nice to read others’ replies.
