Booked to have a good nights sleep. Couldn’t even sleep.
Pros:

It was modern and decorated very cool.

Cons:

My room air conditioner was broken. It made incredibly loud noise and wouldn’t stop. I couldn’t sleep at all. Had to call maintenance at 1am— he couldn’t fix it and there wasn’t any room they could move us too.
They also have not responded to my recent inquiry.

Clean, large room with comfortable bed.
Pros:

Updated and clean. Modern looking with very large room.

Cons:

Staying at the same time as a corporate event, loud music outside until 10pm when we were trying to sleep. Ended promptly and don’t think that’s the norm but it was annoying trying to get to bed for an early flight.

Excellent Location next to USTA National Campus
Pros:

My husband and I stayed at this property for one night. We were in town to attend tennis workshops at the USTA National Campus. This is an excellent location if you are going to USTA. The rooms are larger than they appear in the website photos. We were pleasantly surprised with the space for the bed area and the bathroom. The outdoor areas are also pleasant - we enjoyed a quieter time sitting near the pool. Also provided is a small store where we could purchase wine, snacks, etc. We recommend this property.

Very nice modern hotel with all the amenities
Pros:

The layout of the Hotel, property and room were fantastic. I can tell a lot of time went into the layout as the room for a small space were perfect for every need. The check in and out ladies were so friendly and accommodating. So many nice places to sit and talk/charge phone. Very clean and comfortable.I loved the check out time as it allowed us to sleep in. Perfect location with several places to choose to eat. Close to the airport and way from all the traffic near the park, yet still close enough where you dont have to drive to far to get to everything.

Cons:

The only cons are very small. I did not like the no clock in room. I dont want to have to reach for a phone. It is nice to see a clock on side table or wall. Also the doors are nice and heavy so the close loudly. I did keep waking up all night due to the slamming of others doors. I dont think it is on purpose just they are heavy. I believe we stayed in a noisy room by the elevator. So I did wake up a lot during the night. I will ask for a quiet room next visit.
