Office folks friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good
Pros:

Wish it had a pool or hot tub, only thing I can add. We used parking garage and it was great seems a snowstorm hit while there.

Cons:

No pool or hot tub was only thing wrong.

Excellent facility, quiet surroundings. Staff was friendly and very helpful when I checked in I was hungry and the clerk

I look forward to staying here again when traveling to Burlington, VT or surrounding areas.
Pros:

I needed to extend my stay by one more night and Ivy at the front desk did an excellent job in assisting me with this process.

Cons:

The bath towels needed to be placed IN the bathroom (folded on the shelf below the sink) and not in the closet. I was traveling alone and did not even notice the towels were in the closet until after the shower. There would be no reason for me to see them as the barn door revealing the closet is only open when closing the bathroom door. Although not handicapped, I was in a wheelchair accessible room and the ability for a mobility-impaired individual to reach these towels on a top shelf in a closet outside of the bathroom would be a challenge.

Great location, super clean, friendly!

I loved how clean and spacious the room was.

Cons:

Breakfast, to be honest was not great! The boiled eggs tasted pre bought not made fresh in return tasted sour. Also I would suggest buying the oatmeal that is already made and add water. Add granola as a topping choice

Will stay here again when traveling to Burlington, VT.
Pros:

The staff was excellent. I would like to especially thank IVY for her assistance with extending my stay.
Breakfast, although a little limited was HOT Fresh and clean.
I especially liked having access to fresh hot coffee with various flavored creamers at all hours day and night.

Cons:

The bathroom towels were NOT in the bathroom, but left in the closet, which I could not find until AFTER taking a shower.
I would recommend that ALL towels are placed IN the Bathroom - leave bath towels on shelf below sink if there are no other options.

Good location for our purposes. Nice breakfast. Pleasant staff

Cons:

Unfortunately, I was awakened at 5 a.m. by the snoring of our next door neighbor! Walls seem to be thin - may want to alternate where people are staying if you are not full, or move beds so there are not on matching walls!!
