I’d stay here but only on the top floor to avoid overhead noise

Welcome to the Williston Riveria - Now that I have your attention ;0)
Pros:

The staff was quite helpful and courteous. The Keurig didn't work well so they replaced it quickly with a working unit. The breakfast area was sufficient and comfortable. The morning breakfast was unexpectedly quite good. Who doesn't love bacon?!? A minor point but worth noting is the plants are taken care of. The leaves were dusty and on the most part dry. Lustrous and vibrant plants give a place a more posh feel - even if it is in Williston.

Cons:

The plants were a bit tired and not really taken care of.

Easy location and parking, very clean with surprisingly comfy beds. Room was airy with great temperature control.

Really loud at 2am when my next door neighbors came home and chatted for an hour. Pretty meagre breakfast.
