A nice hotel to stay.
Pros:

Hotel staffs are professional, special thanks to the waiter and the cook restaurant for accommodating us for a delicious meal.

Cons:

The driver of the shuttle who took us to the airport in the morning was a bit of off hand.

The stay was pretty good
Pros:

It was very clean and a good location close to the airport.

Cons:

It was extremely noisy with loud concrete trucks early in the morning hours !! The workers were putting down concrete ajacent to the hotel

I tried to like this hotel, really I did!
Pros:

I was here about 3 months ago and had a room which had some issues then. This time, my issues this time were: a high amount of hotel guests (or visitors) smoking pot. I smelled it on the people I passed in the hall as well and the leftover smell in the elevator, same as three months ago. For a dual branded hotel, there is too much time when the front desk is not staffed or staffed too lightly. I get it, this hotel is staffed lightly and not meant to be a full service hotel. But there is a lot of competition in the neighborhood and they should step it up if they want to compete with the other hotels offering a better experience.

Pros:

Room was more than I expected. The airport shuttle wait was longer than desired had to call 4 times to reach someone. My room overlooked the pool but was noisy from the freeway.

Pros:

Very clean and good property. The big issue is that breakfast was cold. some of the items like eggs should have had burners to keep the food warm. Most of the items were cold and gave the impression of left overs.

But the property was clean, safe well organized and the staff were helpful
