The staff was phenomenal! Very one of them were incredible, and made us feel like we were the only ones in the hotel. From housekeeping to the bar tender to the front desk - absolutely amazing customer service!
Hôtel magnifique Tout était parfait
Beautiful well designed and maintained hotel. Bedrooms and beds are sumptuous .
The lack of a menu for the expensive breakfast was off putting and confusing. €35. A head!
Breakfast needs immediate attention as it is unnecessarily confusing and frustrating.
And as a non wine drinker was nonplussed by neither bar having a draught beer available on tap and a very limited selection of bottled beers.

New construction, stylish. Our room had a recurring ant problem, locals were rude. Air conditioning could not keep up with summer heat. Bar staff were very nice, but the cook kept coughing directly into his hands and then touching food, very unsanitary.

One very expensive restaurant with limited menu. Pool is TINY. Limited storage in bedroom.

Le village est très mignon et calme . Plein de restaurants sympathiques.. un bémol si vous êtes aficionados de belles plages ce n’est pas pour vous .. par contre belle piscine à débordement à l’hôtel
This was a very modern and relaxing hotel in a small resort village. It has a nice balcony and pool--but the beach is right there is you want to swim in salt water. There is an excellent restaurant on the property, but there are many others very close by in the town surrounding the marina. Everything was clean and convenient and nicely designed!

We arrived late in the evening with a sleeping child in our arms and were hoping for a smooth check-in, especially since we had checked in online in advance. Unfortunately, the receptionist on duty seemed completely uninformed about our booking and special requests, which made the check-in process confusing and time-consuming.
Prior to arrival, we had communicated with the hotel to request an extra bed next to ours for our daughter, and we were told that the family suite was the only room type that could accommodate this. However, we arrived to find only a travel cot, which we had specifically said we wouldn’t be using. The staff member who showed us to the room was unable to help resolve the issue, which was disappointing, especially since this was the reason we had chosen that particular room.
Housekeeping was good when it was done, but it was difficult for them to clean during the hours we were away from the room (usually from 10 AM to 3 PM). We were told the hotel was fully booked and the staff were busy preparing rooms for new guests. Unfortunately, this didn’t work well for us as we have a 2-year-old who needs to nap in the afternoon, so the room often wasn’t cleaned at all – which was a real shame.
Most of the staff at the hotel were very young. While friendly, many of them didn’t seem to have the knowledge or authority to help with our questions or concerns.
That said, the hotel itself is very beautiful, and our room was lovely and spacious. A small fridge would have been appreciated, especially in the summer heat, but we did like the option to get cold water from the hallway.
All in all, a mixed experience – the hotel has great potential, but there are some service and communication issues that affected our stay.

divin ! accueil, cadre, literie, décoration, je recommande et espere pouvoir y revenir :)
Deco intérieure superbe: blanc, bleu et dorée mat. Les chambres sont très bien équipées et insonorisées. Propreté impeccable. Le personnel est gentil et attentionné. Un petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner qui peut être amélioré sur les plats chauds et le service. Piscine extérieure chauffée jolie et très agréable. Une belle adresse.
