Poor!
Cons:

Asked for a quiet room. Was put in 118 which was right next to the gym. My bed backed on to wall where weight machine was. No fun being woken up at 6am everyday but vibrations through the wall.
Staff lied to me it was quiet.

I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

Pretty and modern.

Cons:

The smell in the lobby was terrible. It smelled like body odor that somebody was trying to cover up with baby powder.
The valet lost our car keys for probably about 25-30 mins.
One of the girls in the lobby wasn’t very friendly. Felt like I was bothering her.

very good experience and i’d be happy to stay here again
Pros:

the location was super convenient, only a short drive to downtown if you wanted to stay a little further out than broadway for peace and quiet. the hotel itself was super clean, the architecture very modern. our hotel room was extremely spacious, a huge bed which is always a plus. hotel staff were very attentive alongside the valet parking staff which were super helpful and friendly. found myself having a good conversation with them on multiple occasions.

Overall my stay was nice but I don’t think I’ll stay again bc of the overpriced parking fees.
Pros:

The property was very clean and nice. And in a great spot.

Cons:

I just didn’t like how they charged for parking for the over night stay for each day you were there.

I think this a great hotel to stay at.
Pros:

I liked the design of the hotel. I also liked the staff - especially at The Rux. Everyone was very friendly. Even the valet staff was very nice. The breakfast food was also tasty. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

I don't think the hotel should make you pay for coffee in the morning....... Also, when we arrived - there was a fingernail on the bedside table which makes me think whoever cleaned - did not wipe down everything. I noticed some of the appliances also had a good thickness of dust on them. Otherwise, the room was pretty clean.

Overall, great hotel. Need to work on their housekeeping to bring it to the next level.
Pros:

Very new and clean in the main areas.
Love the vibes of the bedrooms.
Loved the amount of natural light in the corner room and all the lamps through out the room. Plugs and outlets galore!
The bed was very comfortable and sheets were soft.

Cons:

Shower floor wasn’t the cleanest. Had hair that wasn’t out in it. Stained black streaks. Definitely the housekeepers need to up their game on the cleaning. The flush of the toilet wasn’t the best.
And turned it down to 68 in the room and it felt like it never cooled down.
