Connecting door terror
Pros:

Room looked cozy

Cons:

I stayed in a room with a connecting door and I could clearly hear the conversation my neighbors were having in the other room, they were watching the came on top of that too. Not their fault, but the hotel cannot sell these kinds of rooms without a proper notice. Other than that the room was absolutely beautiful

The room was spacious clean, and the staff treating me well

Cons:

The pillows need more supporting them. My rest was not as well because the pillows seem like they were made of some type of down so they would go flat very quickly.

We were going to exit hotel to outlet but we went down to the bottom floor and the door was locked probably because it was being used by outsiders and it was really dirty.

Cons:

I ordered 100 and some dollar bottle never received it. Customer service never delivered it and I try to order room service and wasn’t wasn’t able to get it nor was that compensated or paid back for that bottle. I was charged for a bottle that I never got.

The extra amenities and modern design made my stay exceptionally nice. The staff was super friendly. Enjoyed all time niceties like turn down service with chocolates, flat iron, steamer, espresso machine, etc.

Cons:

Pool situation

So amazing! We loved our stay. One thing I would say, the pool deck was beautiful and worth the extra pay. However, the way that it operates leaves little to be desired. People go to the pool and then learn the details of what is required to r there the space from the young workers there. It’s not fair to them that THEY have to field all of the fists in for this corporate decision. I know that emails are sent out letting me people know, however they can easily go overlooked and the spa and pool area can easily be accessed. If this is clarified at check in AND then those who desire to use the pool and spa services pay the and are given a special key, then those poor pool boys don’t have to keep dealing with angry customers. It’s the corporations job to support and empower them. Not just pit them in the front lines like fresh meat.

Pros:

Nice, upscale hotel within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Clean and comfortable. The only negative is that the pool is an extra (quite a bit extra) charge. It should be included for guests of the hotel.
