Everyone was so nice, smiled, seemed like they cared that I was taken care of. It could not have been better.

Pros:

Very convenient in location.

Cons:

Law enforcement blocking and diverting traffic even there is no wreck , very rude officer , take us several hours and not make it to your hotel , we end up went somewhere and come back at 9 pm so we can check it , your hotel road sign is horrible like your location is like secret location this gets very frustrating for out of state travelers , let your Mayor know that cops are not needed and reroute traffic for no reasons!

Good building bad mattress

It’s a really new building and service people were all very nice, decoration is also very homely

We will be using the Hilton BNA Nashville Airport Terminal hotel again.
Pros:

The location was perfect for us! It took the stress out of our nights sleep knowing we could just take a very short walk across the skywalk straight to the airport counters to check in for our early flight. The 10th floor restaurant was delicious and very friendly staff! Definitely go up there after dark, beautiful!
