Pros:

Did not use spa pool as it was an additional cost.
Did not get room upgrade Expedia said we were entitled to.
"Partial ocean view" meant you had to ick your head out of window to see part of the ocean.

Make sure you get the final price before booking
Pros:

Great hotel
On top of the price they charge you a 48 daily rate for destination fee that you can use towards meals at the hotel
Tho other negative thing is that bathroom lights turn on when you walk in in the middle of the night.

Great hotel with good location
Pros:

All fine except breakfast, one day 20min waiting while half of the restaurant is empty, why?
Very new and comfy, very friendly personnel
Excellent location next to Ala Moana, good amenities and services
Enjoyed a lot, recommended.
Valet parking is 50/day, that is far too expensive!

Pros:

The suite was modern, clean, and had a great view, but the service and billing were frustrating.
Housekeeping skipped our room for several days despite repeated requests for towels and basic cleaning. Only after I emailed Marriott corporate did daily service finally begin for the last part of our 9-night stay.

Worse, we were hit with incorrect charges every day, including a $65 valet fee even though we never used valet and nightly “food credit” charges that should have been complimentary.
My husband had to go to the front desk three nights in a row after 9 p.m. to have these removed.

The property itself is beautiful and well located, but the constant billing mistakes and lack of response until we escalated made the trip far less relaxing. Double-check your folio and credit-card statements before you leave.

Pros:

Front desk can check you in and out but that's about it. They know nothing else, concierge has no resource list. Can only book you on a boat trip but not much else. Don't really know anything. Food is horrible, room service is horrible, menu does not have but four to five items if that.

Pros:

This property had a lot to offer around it, including an outdoor shopping center and Magic Island which are both just about a 15 minute walk. Food at the hotel restaurant is amazing, and does come with decent portions but at a cost. As part of my package you do get a $48 per day to use towards drinks or meals and access to a go pro and other amenities.

Pros:

Never stay here again because you change the daily rates on me. I have 4 million social media followers that I am advising never stay here. You’re billing a single person outrageous prices. May God bless your souls.

Pros:

A very good stay. Staff were professional. Tried to get a room upgrade as Expedia said that I could being a gold member. But an upgrade to a suite would add more charges. Shopping area around the hotel was great. Walking distance. Only main issue is that laundry room was so small for such a big hotel. Only 2 washer and 2 dryer. Had to wait long time to do laundry. Valet parking was good and bit pricey but better than looking for parking around that area.
