Never go back to Arausa Buiding. Take the others two !!!

Swimming pool , location

Cons:

The food was absolutely terrible—a complete disaster! Arausa is the only building whose guests have all their meals served at Hotel Punta. You can’t get served in beach restaurant, it’s for Arausana and Antonia building.

Another major problem is the poor soundproofing. You can hear everything: noisy neighbours, their TVs, footsteps from the floor above, and children screaming or crying. It’s impossible to sleep without earplugs!

We complained to the hotel about the terrible restaurant food and asked for a refund, which we received.

Komfort spożywania posiłków przyćmił inne niewątpliwe zalety.

Lokalizacja i wzorowa renowacja basenu przy Villi Arausa

Cons:

Byłem w Arausa trzeci raz. Niestety tegoroczny pobyt przyćmiły fatalne warunki spożywania posiłków w hotelu Punta. Ścisk, brak wentylacji i klimatyzacji sali przy zewnętrznych temperaturach powyżej 30 stopni. Kilkudziesięciooobowe kolejki do bufetu serwującego posiłki. Niewielkie ilości owoców, które znikały momentalnie. Wybór menu odbiegający od lat ubiegłych.Wygląd restauracji hotelowej przypominający stołówkę zakładową w latach wczesnego peerelu.

Bis auf das Abendessen war alles toll.
Pros:

Waren schöne Zimmer und super Ausblick.

Cons:

Beim Abendessen hat man sich gefühlt wie in einer Kantine und es war extrem laut, ich finde ein viel zu kleiner Raum für die vielen Leute.

Za ty peníze to šlo. Zdarma lehátka u bazénu. Čisté moře. Ošuntělý pokoj, ale čistý. Klimatizace může fungovat i když jste pryč, takže se vracíte do vychlazeného pokoje. Příjemný personál.

Cons:

Rozhodně se nejedná o 4* hotel. Max 3*. Nebyl postaven v roce 2026, jak bylo inzerováno. Maximálně došlo k částečné renovaci koupelny. Jinak je hotel dost starý a je to na něm vidět. Neměli jsme sea view, jak bylo inzerováno, ale pouze side sea view. Malý výběr jídel, nízká kvalita a dlouhé fronty na jídlo. Zaprášená posilovna ve sklepě bez oken o rozměrech pouze 4x4 metry a nedostatečně vybavená (malý výběr činek, nefunkční stroje). Trochu proleželé matrace.

Excellent Stay with a Beautiful Sea View
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The sea view was absolutely perfect, and the staff at both the reception and dining area were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool and pool bar were great. The food was excellent as well.

Cons:

The rooms are ready for renovation.
