Mi experiencia fue bastante decepcionante. Llegamos 30 minutos antes del horario de check-in, cansados después del viaje, y no hubo ningún tipo de flexibilidad para permitirnos ingresar antes.

Al llegar la hora del check-in, a pesar de que ya me había registrado, tuve que repetir todo el proceso. Además, bajaron mis maletas del valet, pero nadie ofreció ayuda para llevarlas hasta la habitación.

Una vez en la habitación encontré que el planchador estaba roto. Durante la estadía también recibí múltiples mensajes del hotel sobre temas que ya estaban resueltos, lo que demuestra una evidente falta de coordinación.

Solicité un early check-in, pero la respuesta llegó demasiado tarde. Para empeorar la situación, la habitación tenía la puerta del baño dañada y la solución que me ofrecieron fue que el personal de mantenimiento ingresara a repararla mientras yo ya estuviera ocupándola, algo que consideré inaceptable.

Finalmente, el hotel cobra muchos servicios como adicionales, por lo que la relación calidad-precio no me pareció buena. Por el mismo precio existen opciones mucho mejores.

Lamentablemente, no volvería a hospedarme aquí ni lo recomendaría.

Would never use either buisness in the future

Cons:

Price dripping, and since I cannot get Booking.com to reply I am reporting both businesses tothe FTC for review. the representative did not leave parking pass as stated in room before arrival even though she was notified 20 mins before arrival. Car waiting with kids for the rep to turn up over 1/2 an hour nobody could get a response.

Pros:

The view was amazing, the air conditioning was cool, and the window shades were helpful. Quiet floor, although lots of nightlife action downstairs. The pool and exercise room were very nice. Staff at the pool were accommodating and offered plenty of large pool towels.

Cons:

The kitchen was supplied with only the minimum of cooking dishes & utensils. The local parking (in the building) was more expensive than I wanted to pay, $63 per night.

A localização é excelente, próxima a tudo. A acomodação é confortável e bem decorada (apesar de precisar de uma manutenção).

Cons:

Se você está chegando de carro, mesmo que seja só para deixar as malas, não tem nenhum lugar para parar. É bem ruim.

Não há divisão entre o quarto e a sala, há apenas um corredor, então passa bastante barulho.

Quando eu precisei de travesseiros adicionais, ficaram de ver, mas me disseram que não havia nenhum no estoque. Achei bem estranho, por se tratar de um hotel. Fiquei sem os travesseiros adicionais por toda a estadia.

Poderia ter mais pratos e talheres (há apenas 4 de cada).

O preço do estacionamento é proibitivo.
