Great potential with excellent facilities, but very disappointing indifferent customer treatment

Great luxury resort, excellent location, the infinity pool is awesome, the beach is really nice

Cons:

I booked it through booking.com and picked a big room with a couch (sofa), according to the advertised pictures. In reality, the room was small, and there was no sofa at all. We asked to change the room, but were refused. The bathroom had a strong smell of mold. Again, they had refused to change the room and sent instead someone to take care of it. They sprayed some chemical, and as a result, one bad odour was replaced by another one.

Einfach erholen
Pros:

Die Lage am Meer mit Badezugang, der riesige Infinitypool war super. Das Frühstück war am zweiten Tag (mehr Gäste) sehr umfangreich. Das Restaurant auf dem Dach ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Bar und beim Frühstück war etwas sehr mit sich selbst beschäftigt.

Pros:

Sehr großzügiges Appartment mit wunderschönem Meerblick. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind fantastisch. Wir hatten keine bestimmte Zimmerkategorie gebucht und ein Appartment für 4 Personen mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern und riesigem Balkon bekommen :-) Das Gebäude ist sehr modern und die Anlage gepflegt. Europas größter Rooftop-Pool ist allein schon eine Reise wert. Sehr zu empfehlen!
Es gibt ein leckeres Frühstück und einen sehr schönen zum Hotel zugehörigen Stransabschnitt (Felsen) mit Ausblick auf Piran.
Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, fussläufig gibt es keine weiteren Bars und wenige Restaurantes. Ideal für einen ruhigen Urlaub.

Cons:

Die Bedienungen im Restaurante wirken unmotiviert und eher langsam, dies haben wir allerdings insgesamt in Kroation so erlebt.

Verschlechterung über die letzten Jahre
Cons:

Es gibt am Pool nur 1 Handtuch pro Person.
In einem 5 Sterne hotel unfassbar.

Man wurde nicht über die Baustelle am Rooftop Pool vorab informiert.

Mitarbeiter im Restaurant sind nicht freundlich und bieten keine Hilfe an, wenn man mit dem Kinderwagen die 3 Stufen zum Restaurant hoch muss.

Immer wieder Petram
Pros:

Wer Piran und die Alpen von Kroatien aus genießen möchte, frühstückt einfach auf der Terrasse dieses sensationellen Resorts. Modern,, cooles Design und alles auf einer Ebene....Wellness, Long Infinitypool und Restaurant mit Viewterrasse...und die Zimmer sind auch perfekt.

Cons:

Vielleicht die fehlende Infrastruktur ..aber die sehr guten Restaurants in Savudrija sind nicht weit entfernt
