Wonderful!
Pros:

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, who went above and beyond to help, prior to and during our stay, assisting us with onward travel arrangements when transport services were interrupted, and going the extra mile to accommodate an early check-in when we arrived. The hotel is small, beautifully clean and comfortable, and is in the perfect location - quiet and safe, and an easy stroll to the lively centre. The design of the hotel - inside a tower - is clever and quirky (take a climb to the top of the tower for lovely views over the surrounding countryside). Highly recommend.

Cons:

As advertised, there is no elevator; not a problem for us to be on a higher floor (with lovely views - see photos) but if stairs are a problem for you, or you have a lot of luggage, perhaps request a lower floor.

Pros:

Soggiorno davvero eccellente, camere pulite e accoglienti, bagno idem, personale disponibile, offrono la possibilità di fare una piccola colazione e aperitivo gratuitamente, faccio una menzione speciale per Marco, con cui abbiamo avuto più a che fare, ragazzo a modo che svolge il mestiere con passione e professionalità, ci siamo trovati davvero bene!

perfect for overnight
Pros:

it’s certainly a wonderful, fresh and lovely 3star hotel, best for overnight - with very hospitable Felisia and Marco

Cons:

since I was staying for 5 nights - the room was too smal with no table/chair/amchair, so I could not work, it’s just a place to sleep and to take a shower

Exceptional stay in a perfect location
Pros:

Wonderful hotel with truly exceptional staff who were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. A modern, stylish space inside a stunning historic building. The room was very comfortable with a great bed, and the location was outstanding—inside Siena’s walls and just a short walk from the main attractions. A truly memorable stay.

Cons:

Nothing, except that our stay was too short.

Top du top , des gens comme ceux que nous avons rencontrés méritent d’avoir un hôtel complet tout au long de l’année
Pros:

Sarah, Marco et la jeune fille dont je ne me souviens plus le nom , la gentillesse, la disponibilité, la beauté de l’hôtel.
Un point chaud , avec café thé disponible toute la journée.
La finesse de la deco . Ma femme et moi sommes tombés amoureux de cet endroit parfait .
Nous n’avons qu’une hâte c’est d’y retourner. 👌👌

Nel complesso un’ottima esperienza, hotel consigliato per posizione, vista e cortesia del personale
Pros:

Hotel in pieno centro a Siena, posizione davvero ottima per visitare la città a piedi.
La location è strategica e comoda per raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni.
Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e sempre disponibile.
All’arrivo ci hanno spiegato tutto in modo chiaro, dai servizi dell’hotel ai parcheggi convenzionati.
Un grande valore aggiunto è stata la vista magnifica, davvero spettacolare.
Panorama top che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
Abbiamo anche ricevuto un upgrade gratuito della camera, molto apprezzato.
La stanza era confortevole e ben curata.
Colazione nella norma, con una buona scelta.
Esperienza complessiva molto positiva, hotel consigliatissimo.

Cons:

Letti un po’ duri, ma nel complesso il soggiorno resta molto positivo.
