Pros:

Friendly staff, glass of bubbly upon arrival plus gifts for the kids.

Very comfortable beds.

Right next to Fiona Stanley Hospital which made visiting our loved one stress free.

Great eating options and coffee shops on the same block.

Rooms are good size and its clean. Good value for the quality of the rooms. Perfect location for what I needed, its a little out of the Perth CBD but its right next to a train station if you need to commute to town

Cons:

one staff member was extremly rude, I am rapidly going blind hence the proximity to the hospital and my eyes were quite sore so i closed them whilst sitting in lobby after checkout, he then proceeded to call the police to have me removed for sleeping on premises after checket. I was in a corner on my own not hassling anyone just asleep on my suitcase, police were just as shocked as i was.
